dc.description	The articles of incorporation of a public company require its articles of incorporation and agreement ministerial, so the Latacunga Fire Department has adhered to some parameters since its inception, so the Latacunga Fire Department (CBL) began its activities in 1956, June 23, 1965 The Mayor of Latacunga, Mr. Rafael Cajiao Enríquez, granted the Firefighters through a public deed a plot of land of 72 square meters in the streets Sánchez de Orellana and Márquez de Maenza the construction of farms for public use (Latacunga Fire Department, 2022). According to history it has not been possible to define a specific date of the foundation institutional, so it has been considered that the Fire Department has been Registered on October 31, 1995, Ministry of Social Welfare Ministerial Agreement No. 01280 (Latacunga Fire Department, 2022). Currently, the Latacunga Fire Department is a legal organization added to the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Canton Latacunga, which has operational, administrative, economic and financial autonomy (Art. 274-COESCOP). With the aforementioned, the Fire Brigade Institutions are immersed in these difficulties, national level these institutions are under the Municipalities since the Mayor is who appoints the Highest Authority of the Fire Brigade Institutions and at the level of operation its coordination is with the Secretary of Risk Management.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El acta constitutiva de una empresa pública requiere su acta constitutiva y acuerdo ministerial, por lo que el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Latacunga se ha ceñido a unos parámetros desde sus inicios, por lo que el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Latacunga (CBL) inició sus actividades en 1956, 23 de junio de 1965 El Alcalde de Latacunga, Sr. Rafael Cajiao Enríquez, otorgó a los Bomberos mediante escritura pública un terreno de 72 metros cuadrados en las calles Sánchez de Orellana y Márquez de Maenza se permite la construcción de fincas de uso público (Cuerpo de Bomberos de Latacunga, 2022). De acuerdo a la historia no se ha podido definir una fecha específica de la fundación institucional, por lo que se ha considerado que el Cuerpo de Bomberos ha sido Registrado el 31 de octubre de 1995, Ministerio de Bienestar Social Acuerdo Ministerial N° 01280 (Cuerpo de Bomberos de Latacunga, 2022). Actualmente el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Latacunga es una organización de derecho público agregada al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Latacunga que posee autonomía operativa, administrativa, económica y financiera (Art. 274-COESCOP). Con lo mencionado las Instituciones Bomberiles están inmersos en estas dificultades, a nivel nacional estas instituciones se encuentran bajo los Municipios ya que el Alcalde es quien nombra a la Máxima Autoridad de las Instituciones Bomberiles y a nivel de operación su coordinación esta con la Secretaria de Gestión de Riesgos.	es_ES
