dc.description	The tax culture is the condition possessed by natural or legal persons with some activity regarding the payment of taxes, which are obligations that they have with the State such as protected by law and that said amount is paid according to the taxable capacity of each one. Over time, Ecuadorians have been developing this attitude through strategies that the regulatory body (SRI) has implemented. Marisol Andrade, director of the SRI, affirmed "The increase in tax collection is the result of control and collection processes carried out by the SRI to verify the timely and correct compliance with the payment of taxes. Besides, it's the reflection of the economic recovery of the country” (El Universo, 2022) The presence of Microenterprises contributes to the generation of employment and development economic, since it leads to the well-being of the population. Today companies, societies or small and medium-sized organizations in their eagerness to be prepared to assume the new obligations derived from the SRI, they find themselves in need of seeking accounting services, to generate progress in economic activities. Accounting, tax and financial consultancy over time has allowed the growth of companies or organizations that need the knowledge of an expert to update, coordinate and compete in the globalized world, as well as professionals immersed in this activity since they have the opportunity to offer their services in a independently or at the same time create your own company. Accounting is essential in all areas of the world, since from the information that is derived from it, interpretations and decision-making whether personal finance, small, medium or large business companies. In the Gonzalo Pizarro canton; specifically in the city of Lumbaqui has been developing and increasing trade with the creation of several businesses, since there is a sin number of entrepreneurs.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La cultura tributaria es la condición que poseen personas naturales o jurídicas con alguna actividad económica en cuanto al pago de los tributos, las cuales son obligaciones que tienen con el Estado tal como lo ampara la ley y que dicho valor se paga de acuerdo a la capacidad contributiva de cada uno. Con el transcurso del tiempo los ecuatorianos han venido desarrollando esta actitud a través de estrategias que el ente regulador (SRI) ha implementado. Marisol Andrade, directora del SRI, afirmó “El incremento de la recaudación tributaria es el resultado de procesos de control y cobro ejecutados por el SRI para verificar el oportuno y correcto cumplimiento del pago de impuestos. Además, es el reflejo de la reactivación económica del país” (El Universo, 2022) La presencia de las Microempresas contribuye a la generación de empleo y al desarrollo económico, ya que conduce al bienestar de la población. Hoy en día las empresas, sociedades u organizaciones pequeñas y medianas en su afán de estar preparadas para asumir las nuevas obligaciones derivadas del SRI, se ven en la necesidad de buscar servicios contables, para generar progreso en las actividades económicas. La consultoría Contable, tributaria y financiera a la largo del tiempo ha permitido el crecimiento de las empresas u organizaciones que tiene la necesidad de los conocimientos de un experto para actualizarse, coordinar y competir en el mundo globalizado, así como también de los profesionales inmersos en esta actividad ya que tienen la oportunidad de ofrecer sus servicios de forma independiente o a la vez crear su propia empresa. La contabilidad es imprescindible en todos los ámbitos del mundo, ya que de la información que se deriva de ella, surgen las interpretaciones y la toma de decisiones ya sea de finanzas personales, de negocios pequeños, medianos o de grandes empresas. En el cantón Gonzalo Pizarro; específicamente en la ciudad de Lumbaqui se ha venido desarrollando e incrementando el comercio con la creación de varios negocios, ya que existe un sin número de personas emprendedoras.	es_ES
