Durante la investigación como estrategia metodológica se mantuvieron diálogos con personas de la edad avanzada en sus propios hogares, esto permitió recabar datos sobre costumbres, tradiciones y estilo de vida de quienes habitan dicha localidad las cuales se encuentran ligadas al pueblo Kayambi. En hogares de determinadas familias se encontraron herramientas y objetos antiguos mismos que en épocas pasadas se utilizaban para la producción agrícola, procesamiento y conservación de alimentos como, un medio de subsistencia, en la actualidad algunas de estas herramientas se encuentran abandonadas e inutilizados debido a diversos factores. La presente investigación pretende obtener un registro fotográfico con testimonios de personas mayores con sus respectivas herramientas de trabajo, la relación entre sujeto y objeto genera una atmósfera íntima y esta a su vez permite reflexionar sobre costumbres y tradiciones sufren cambios significativos con el paso del tiempo, muchos de ellos logran adaptarse a las nuevas realizadas mientras que otras desaparecen. La serie fotográfica del presente libro fotográfico se encuentra inspirado el estilo y la técnica, “colorear fotografías” del fotógrafo peruano Morfi Jiménez Mercado. Descripción : Abstract The present research project, previous to get the title of Engineering in Business Graphic Design at the Israel Technological University, has the objective of conserving the collective memory of costumes and traditions of each day of the habitants of Eugenio Espejo of Cajas community, located in the provincial limit between Imbabura and Pichincha. During the research as a methodologic strategy, it keeps dialogues with older people in their own homes, it permitted to collect data about costumes, traditions, and lifestyle of who habit in these places that are found connected to Kayamby. In homes of families determinate were found tools and ancient objects that are of past times that were used for agricultural production, processing, and food conservation as livelihood, currently, some of this tools are abandoned and unused due to diverse factors. The present research pretends to get a photographic record with testimonies of older people with their respective work tools, the relation between subject and object generates an intimate atmosphere and at the same time, it permits to reflex about costumes and traditions that suffer significate changes with the pass of the time, many of them get to adapt to new ones realized whereas others disappear. Pese a esto, hay barrios en el Centro de la ciudad que tienen un gran valor patrimonial que no son tomados en cuenta para generar turismo, y han sido olvidados por los propios habitantes entre ellos se encuentra el barrio de San Juan, La Tola, Mama Cuchara, El Tejar y San Marcos, estos lugares tienen un aporte tradicional para la ciudad muy grande por todos sus atractivos zonales, por esta razón hay que potenciarlos y darles un valor agregado. Para generar conciencia en los propios habitantes y vecinos del lugar se ha realizado un trabajo recolectando las tradiciones de cada lugar, junto con sus llamativos espacios culturales y de esta manera generar la iconografía con el estudio de sus símbolos y sus nombres a cada uno de los barrios y proporcionar la identificación de los mismos. Descripción : In recent years, Ecuador has been attracting a considerable share of tourists from different parts of the world, who visit Quito being one of the main attractions the Historic Center considered one of the leading destinations in South America and where the architecture of the parks is evident, museums, churches, stately homes, three others. Despite this, there are neighborhoods in the city center that have a great heritage value that are not taken into account to generate tourism, and have been forgotten by the inhabitants themselves, among them is the neighborhood of San Juan, La Tola, Mama Cuchara, El Tejar and San Marcos, these places have a traditional contribution to the very large city for all its zonal attractions, for this reason we must enhance them and give them an added value. Autor : Alba Riofrío., Cristian Fernando Resumen : A lo largo de la investigación se ha abordado el análisis semiótico de 4 portadas emblemáticas de los años 60’ y 70’ del género rock. En la primera aproximación se hace un estudio minucioso sobre dos bandas británicas que lograron revolucionar a la imagen; portadora de identidad y vinculada al concepto global del álbum discográfico. En un segundo acercamiento se profundiza el análisis denotativo mediante la ficha de observación. Se describen los elementos gráficos, de tal manera que, permita identificar datos relevantes dentro de la composición; diferenciar entre conceptos reales e imaginarios con el fin de reconocer que tendencias artísticas marcaron un antes y después en la industria discográfica en los años 60’ y 70’. Finalmente en el tercer capítulo, se explica la interpretación connotativa de las portadas de discos y se detalla mediante infografías los significados subjetivos del autor. Se exponen pensamientos utópicos y oníricos (lo bello y lo feo) de la sociedad, de la naturaleza del hombre y la fama artística que para la época representaba una serie de perjuicios. Palabras clave: Imagen, composición, análisis, semiótica, significado, infografía, perjuicios Descripción : Throughout the investigation, the semiotic analysis of 4 emblematic covers of the 60s and 70s of the rock genre has been addressed. In the first approach, a detailed study is made to recognize that the images have the identity and essence of a record project. In the second approach, the denotative analysis is deepened through the observation card. The graphic elements are described in such a way that it allows identifying relevant data within the composition; differentiate between real and imaginary concepts and recognize that artistic trends revolutionized the recording industry in the 1960s and '70s. Finally in the third chapter, the connotative interpretation of the album covers is explained and detailed through infographics, subjective meanings linked to the utopian and dreamlike thoughts (the beautiful and the ugly) of society, the nature of man and fame artistic.
