| Resumen : | Los Censos de Población y Vivienda han tenido un rol fundamental en la planificación y el desarrollo de los países; siendo la principal fuente de información estadística durante el periodo intercensal posterior a su ejecución, ofrece datos al menor nivel de desagregación geográfica lo que permite mostrar cifras de poblaciones minoritarias con desventajas que de otra forma serían permanentemente invisibilizados por las operaciones estadísticas regulares. Por parte del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INEC), se ratifica la relevancia que implica el desarrollo del VIII Censo de Población y VII de Vivienda, para la obtención de información clave que impulse el diseño e implementación de políticas públicas a nivel nacional, regional y local, que induzcan el desarrollo de la población y la correcta distribución de los recursos del Estado Central a los Gobiernos Locales Descentralizados. Las recomendaciones internacionales indican que un país debe levantar censos de población y vivienda por lo menos una vez cada diez años con lo que se pueden observar los cambios estructurales por los que los territorios transitan de forma concomitante con la evolución del mundo en el plano social, económico y tecnológico. Por la necesidad que se mantiene en la generación de datos estadísticos, se la realiza mediante la recolección de datos que es un proceso que posee la finalidad de compilar información dentro de un contexto establecido; su información es muy importante ya que permitirá sustentar el conocimiento que se generará posterior a los resultados. La administración pública, como objetivo primordial es la gestión de las actividades públicas, empresariales e institucionales que componen al Estado, para el cumplimento de las actividades de forma eficaz y eficiente, salvaguardando el orden interno de la nación. “La calidad es considerada un factor clave en la diferenciación y en la excelencia de los servicios de salud, y la percepción de un paciente sobre la prestación del servicio determina en forma definitiva su nivel de calidad” (Henao, 2018). |
| Descripción : | The Population and Housing Censuses have played a fundamental role in planning and development of countries; being the main source of statistical information during the period after its execution, offers data at the lowest level of geographical disaggregation, which allows you to show numbers of disadvantaged minority populations that would otherwise be permanently invisible by regular statistical operations.
