| Resumen : | La Cafetería Siempre el Rey está ubicada en las calles Juan León Mera y Lizardo García a una cuadra de la plaza Foch, fue creada desde el 18 de junio de 2008 con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de sus propietarios obteniendo sus propios ingresos y una fuente de empleo. Actualmente con el desarrollo tecnológico y la evolución del mercado no le ha permitido a la administración del local cumplir con las exigencias del mercado, la falta de innovación y variedad de sus productos, el deterioro de su infraestructura, es por esta razón que se buscó determinar las estrategias que permitan desarrollar de mejor manera las actividades económicas y permitan incrementar los ingresos, luego de realizar un análisis de las diversas causas que provocan la disminución de las ventas se propuso a los propietarios de la cafetería Siempre el Rey la elaboración de un Modelo de gestión administrativo y financiero, con la finalidad de generar una herramienta idónea para la realización del monitoreo, control y evaluación de las actividades dentro de la empresa, logrando así los objetivos, los cuales constituyen en el crecimiento económico, la fidelidad de los clientes existentes y atraer nuevos clientes, la propuesta constituye en el desarrollo de un Modelo de gestión administrativo y financiero que plasme las técnicas necesarias para adquirir la información necesaria para el desarrollo del Modelo de Gestión y evidenciar la factibilidad del mismo con la finalidad de mejorar las ganancias. Los cambios generados con la aplicación de este proyecto permitirán generar una fuente de ingreso económico a dos familias que dependen del negocio y posiblemente dará lugar a nuevas contrataciones de personal, aportando al desarrollo económico del país.
