dc.descriptionThis project has been implemented, and post into practice all the knowledge acquired during my student career, takes advantage of the advantages of new technologies, which improve the operating conditions of control systems. At present, at the pumping station of the city of Lago Agrio, the sampling of the petroleum pothole is done manually, every two hours, during the 24 hours of the day, for 365 days of the year, obtaining the value of Density API in the Laboratory of Quality Control. It is for this reason that the implementation of a DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF THE API DENSITY THROUGH THE SCADA SYSTEM IS PURPOSEED AT THE LAGO AGRIO PUMP STATION OF PUMP LAGO AGRIO OF THE OIL PIPELINE TRANS ECUATORIANO SOTE With which it is possible to obtain a continuous monitoring of the API density, with real time data, controlled by means of a graphic interface, the operating conditions of the pumping when transporting a batch petroleum pothole is thus improved. dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto ha sido ejecutado, y puesto en práctica todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante mi carrera estudiantil, se aprovecha las ventajas que brindan las nuevas tecnologías, las mismas que mejoran las condiciones operativas de los sistemas de control. En la actualidad en la estación de bombeo de la ciudad de Lago Agrio, el muestreo del bache de petróleo se lo realiza de forma manual, cada dos horas, durante las 24 horas de día, por los 365 días del año, obteniendo el valor de densidad API en el laboratorio de Control de Calidad. Es por este motivo que se realiza la IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA EL MONITOREO CONTINUO DE LA DENSIDAD API A TRAVÉS DEL SISTEMA SCADA EN LA ESTACIÓN DE BOMBEO LAGO AGRIO DEL OLEODUCTO TRANS ECUATORIANO SOTE. Con el cual se logra obtener un monitoreo continuo de la densidad API, con datos en tiempo real, controlados mediante una interfaz gráfica, se mejora de esta manera las condiciones operativas del bombeo al transportar un bache de petróleo.
