| dc.description | As a result of current insecurity, investment in security has become an important part at the business, institutional and private levels. The evolution of the security industry has made use of the technology in terms of networks and video transmission, applying it in new security systems, creating a new standard for the use of IP protocols. The objective of this project is to design and implement an IP Surveillance Video System for the Complex of Government Platforms of the City of Quito in the Norte Iñaquito sector. The installation allows a control in real time through the IP network as well as knowing the causes before a fire outbreak preserving the safety of people and property inside the property. The project starts by explaining the evolution of the CCTV Systems, continues with the study of the building, analyzing the security needs, each component is chosen, plans, needs and final budget of the installation. This project is carried out in compliance with regulations of the company i2E, under the supervision of the contracting company CHINA CAMC, and the control managers that in this case are ESPE Innovativa and SERCOP. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En consecuencia de la inseguridad actual, la inversión en seguridad se ha convertido a una parte importante a nivel empresarial, institucional y particular. La evolución de la industria de seguridad, ha hecho un uso de la tecnología en materia de redes y transmisión de video, aplicándolo en nuevos sistemas de seguridad, creando un nuevo estándar para el uso de protocolos IP. El objetivo de este proyecto es el diseñar e implementar un Sistema de Video Vigilancia sobre IP para el Complejo de las Plataformas Gubernamentales de la Ciudad de Quito en el sector Norte Iñaquito. La instalación permite un control en tiempo real a través de la red IP al igual que conocer las causas ante un conato de incendios preservando la seguridad de personas y bienes del interior del inmueble. El proyecto inicia explicando la evolución de los Sistemas de CCTV, continúa con el estudio del edificio, analizando las necesidades de seguridad, se elige cada componente, planos, necesidades y presupuesto final de la instalación. Este proyecto se lo realiza cumpliendo normativas de la empresa i2E, bajo la supervisión de la empresa contratante CHINA CAMC, y los gestores de control que en este caso son ESPE Innovativa y SERCOP. | es_ES |
