| Resumen : | En todo país, el presupuesto general del Estado tiene como propósito la consecución de metas planteadas por el gobierno en turno. En el caso de Ecuador, sus ingresos provienen tanto de las ventas de petróleo como de las recaudaciones que realiza el Servicio de Rentas Internas como órgano rector de la administración tributaria, los cuales se destinan a cubrir gastos de salud, alimentación y seguridad social. La difícil situación económica que en los actuales momentos atraviesa el país, aunado a la disminución de los precios del petróleo, ha generado que los órganos de la administración central difundan en la población ecuatoriana, la necesidad de crear una cultura tributaria, destacando la importancia de pagar impuestos para el sostenimiento del Estado (Cabrera, 2022) |
| Descripción : | In every country, the general budget of the State has as its purpose the achievement of goals raised by the government in turn. In the case of Ecuador, its income comes from both sales of oil as well as the collections made by the Internal Revenue Service as the governing body of the tax administration, which are intended to cover health, food and safety expenses social. The difficult economic situation that the country is currently going through, together with the decrease in oil prices, has generated that the organs of the central administration disseminate in the Ecuadorian population, the need to create a tax culture, highlighting the importance of paying taxes for the support of the State (Cabrera, 2022) |
