Resumen:
El Proceso de Inducción, para una institución constituye el eje fundamental para el desarrollo
de su talento humano y el crecimiento institucional, permitiendo posicionar a la misma en los más
altos niveles de competencia y prestigio.
El presente trabajo de investigación, es un aporte personal a la gestión que desarrolla el área
de Talento Humano de BanEcuador B.P., a través de la propuesta de un Proceso de Inducción
integral y personalizado; cabe señalar que para la realización de esta investigación se ha obtenido
información veraz y actualizada de la Institución, esto como punto de partida para determinar los
instrumentos a utilizar (encuesta, observación, análisis de los datos obtenidos) para el desarrollo
de este proceso.
La metodología que se empleó para el desarrollo de este estudio, fue la aplicación de
encuestas, obteniendo resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos, los mismos que reflejaron la
problemática de la Institución en el Proceso de la Inducción.
Además, esta investigación se apoyó también en la revisión bibliográfica, por medio de los
textos y páginas web.
De los resultados obtenidos, se desprende la necesidad de la elaboración de las siguientes
herramientas para fortalecer dicho Proceso, por medio de: (Cronograma de Trabajo, Descripción
de Procedimiento, Flujograma, Manual de inducción y la Evaluación cuantitativa), lo cual
permitirá alcanzar de manera eficaz la identificación y compromiso institucional de los nuevos
servidores y/o trabajadores a partir de su vinculación a la institución.
