Resumen:
presente proyecto de titulación consta de investigar, analizar, desarrollar e
implementar un sistema web, el mismo que permita optimizar el proceso de la
asignatura de ingles en la Universidad Tecnológica Israel, Ya que en la
actualidad la Universidad no cuentan con un sistema que les ayude a registrar
y controlar la asignatura de inglés.
De una manera mucho mas fácil y segura que nos permita minimizar el tiempo
que tomaba este proceso antes de tener un sistema automatizado para el
control y registro de ingles, en la actualidad la tecnología es una herramienta
muy importante en nuestro diario vivir, es por eso que se ha desarollado este
proyecto cumpliendo con las necesidades del departamento de inglés.

ABSTRACT
The present project consists of to investigate, to analyze, to develop and to
implement a web system the same one that allows optimizing the process the
English course of the Technological University Israel, since at the present time
in the University they do not have a system that helps them to register and
control the English course.
In a much easier and safer way that allows us to minimize the time that this
process took before having an automated system for the control and registration
