dc.description.abstract	presente proyecto de titulación consta de investigar, analizar, desarrollar e implementar un sistema web, el mismo que permita optimizar el proceso de la asignatura de ingles en la Universidad Tecnológica Israel, Ya que en la actualidad la Universidad no cuentan con un sistema que les ayude a registrar y controlar la asignatura de inglés. De una manera mucho mas fácil y segura que nos permita minimizar el tiempo que tomaba este proceso antes de tener un sistema automatizado para el control y registro de ingles, en la actualidad la tecnología es una herramienta muy importante en nuestro diario vivir, es por eso que se ha desarollado este proyecto cumpliendo con las necesidades del departamento de inglés.
