dc.description	The parish of Tababela is part of the Metropolitan District of Quito, is 25 km from the city of Quito, and is one of the smallest parishes in relation to the thirty-three neighboring parishes within the Metropolitan District of Quito, this parish, day A day was growing tourism, this is due to the construction of the new International Airport Mariscal Sucre, where thousands of domestic and foreign tourists arrive to make their trips, for this reason and seeing the need for several tourists to stay near the new airport, Mr. Luis Aldana and his family intend to rent two rooms that had plenty for tourists, little by little the idea was growing and they intend to improve the business by building a hotel called "Alpachaca" which is located about five minutes from airport. The Hotel Alpachaca does not have the defined processes for the diversification of its business, reason why it has generated a low flow of economic income. Developing the CANVAS Business Model to improve customer service at the Alpachaca Hotel in Tababela Parish, economic revenues will increase. The Hotel Alpachaca has a restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, provides a shuttle service from the Mariscal Sucre International Airport to the Alpachaca hotel and vice versa, it provides wifi, parking and free bottled water, have internet service, cable TV , Rooms with private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, smoking area, family room with bathroom, double room, single rooms and small double rooms, reception is open 24 hours, rates are totally economical , Payments are made in cash, credit card, and checks, all of which facilitates the customer to arrive more frequently to the facilities. dc.description.abstract	La parroquia de Tababela es parte del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, está a 25 km de la ciudad de Quito, y es una de las parroquias más pequeñas con relación a las treinta y tres parroquias vecinas dentro del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, esta parroquia, día a día fue creciendo turísticamente, esto se debe a la construcción del nuevo aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre, donde llegan miles de turistas nacionales y extranjeros para realizar sus viajes, por tal motivo y viendo la necesidad de varios turistas para hospedarse cerca al nuevo aeropuerto, el señor Luis Aldana y su familia se proponen en arrendar dos habitaciones que tenían de sobra para los turistas, poco a poco la idea fue creciendo y se proponen en mejorar el negocio logrando construir un Hotel llamado “Alpachaca” que se encuentra a unos cinco minutos del aeropuerto. El Hotel Alpachaca no cuenta con los procesos definidos para la diversificación de su negocio, por lo que ha generado un bajo flujo de ingresos económicos. Desarrollando el Modelo de Negocio CANVAS para mejorar la Atención de servicio al Cliente en el Hotel Alpachaca de la Parroquia Tababela se logrará que los réditos económicos aumenten. El Hotel Alpachaca alberga un restaurante donde ofrecen desayunos, almuerzos y cena, brinda un servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre hasta el hotel Alpachaca y viceversa, proporciona wifi, parqueadero y botellones de agua gratuito, tienen servicio de internet, televisión en cable, las habitaciones tienen baño privado, dispone de TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, posee la zona de fumadores, habitación familiar con baño, habitación doble, habitaciones individuales y habitaciones dobles pequeñas, la recepción está abierta las 24 horas, las tarifas son totalmente económicos, los pagos se realizan tanto en efectivo, tarjeta de crédito, y cheques, todo esto facilita a que el cliente llegue con mayor frecuencia a las instalaciones.
