Resumen:
El presente trabajo se realiza en la Unidad Educativa Gonzalo Ruales Benalcázar
que fue creada por un sueño de brindar educación de calidad en la parroquia de
Conocoto, ubicada en el pasaje Los Girasoles. Se inició como guardería y año
tras año fue implementando un año escolar hasta llegar a graduar a la primera
promoción en el año 2012. La infraestructura se fue adecuando para la
comodidad de los estudiantes. Es importante indicar que los colegios que se
encuentran alrededor cuentan con espacio físico más amplio, que ha sido un
motivo para que los estudiantes se cambien de entidad educativa, es por eso que
se desea implementar el modelo de negocio CANVAS, que es un lienzo que se
presenta mediante sus nuevemódulos bien estructurados, tomando en cuenta las
falencias y soluciones que se puedan brindar. El objetivo es aumentar los ingresos
de la Unidad Educativa.

This work was carried out in Gonzalo Ruales Benalcázar Educational Unit, which
was created by a dream of providing quality education in the Conocoto parish,
located in the Los Girasoles passage, which started as a daycare center and year
after year it grew into a high school. From first year of elementary school into
graduate senior year which was the first class to graduate in 2012, the
infrastructure was adapted and developed for the comfort of students, it is
important to indicate that the schools that are near have a larger physical space,
which has been the reason for which students change their educational institution,
that's why we want to implement the CANVAS business model, which is a
canvas that will be presented through its nine well-structured elements, taking
into account the flaws and solutions that can be provided, that is why the
objective is to increase the income of the Educational Unit.
