dc.description	The present project deals the present project deals with the development of an electronic system of augmentative and alternative communication for people with speech disabilities, that is to say an electronic prototype of communication that is based on the methods that can be used and the language therapists to help in the improvement of the communication. In this case, the theme of the project of focus on children with speech disabilities and for those who need them, we need an electronic device that presents a touch screen that presents activities, needs and emotions that the children represented in the pictograms that are nothing more than images or graphics that represent an activity, need or emotion that can be transmitted These images can be put together and pressed to press the ones that are sent to the Arduino module that gives the instruction to convert this text or a voice through a voice synthesizer device and said message is simultaneously sent to a cell phone through a Bluetooth module that communicates the electronic device with the telephone in order to assist the person with speech deficiency in case of not being close. dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto trata del desarrollo de un sistema electrónico de comunicación aumentativo y alternativo para personas con discapacidad en el habla, es decir un prototipo electrónico de comunicación que se basa en los métodos aumentativos y alternativos que suelen emplear los terapeutas del lenguaje para ayudar en la mejora de la comunicación. En este caso el tema de proyecto de enfoco en los niños con discapacidad en el habla y para ello se fábrica un dispositivo electrónico que presenta una pantalla táctil que presenta actividades, necesidades y emociones que deseen realizar los niños representadas en pictogramas que no son más que imágenes o gráficos que representan una actividad, necesidad o emoción que se quiera transmitir. Dichas imágenes se pueden juntarse y al ser presionadas formar frases que son enviadas al módulo Arduino que da la instrucción de convertir este texto o frase a voz a través de un dispositivo sintetizador de voz y dicho mensaje a la vez se envía a un teléfono celular mediante un módulo Bluetooth que comunica el dispositivo electrónico con el teléfono para poder asistir a la persona con deficiencia en el habla en caso de no estar cerca.
