dc.description	The present proposal is on the implementation of strategic planning in the company Corporación Dinamycs Corp. AG & LV Cía. It was elaborated on the grounds that as a newly created company no strategies have been developed to guarantee stability, sustainability and growth in the market, for this reason it was identified and evidenced the need to propose an address Strategic. For the purpose an internal and external analysis was carried out, which allowed to identify the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, important factors that will allow the company to obtain a better vision for the implementation of its strategies. Likewise, we propose tools and methodologies of work, which will allow to have a better control in the execution of the annual operational plan and the Plan of Action (actions, indicators, deadlines and responsible) for the fulfillment of the business objectives. Finally, and once the company implements the strategic Plan will achieve market positioning, increased sales and increased financial profitability and consequently generate sources of work. dc.description.abstract	La presente propuesta sobre la implementación de la Planificación Estratégica en la compañía Corporación Dinamycs Corp. AG&LV Cía. Ltda. se la elaboró en razón de que al ser una empresa de reciente creación no se ha desarrollado estrategias que garanticen la estabilidad, sostenibilidad y crecimiento en el mercado, por tal motivo se identificó y evidenció la necesidad de plantear un direccionamiento estratégico. Para el efecto se realizó un análisis interno y externo, mismo que permitió identificar las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, factores importantes que permitirán a la compañía obtener una mejor visión para la implementación de sus estrategias. Así mismo, se plantean herramientas y metodologías de trabajo, mismas que van a permitir tener un mejor control en la ejecución del Plan Operativo Anual y el Plan de Acción (acciones, indicadores, plazos y responsables) para el cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales. Finalmente, y una vez que la compañía implemente el Plan Estratégico logrará un posicionamiento en el mercado, incrementado las ventas y una creciente rentabilidad financiera y consecuentemente generaría fuentes de trabajo.
