Resumen:
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo mostrar la oportunidad que se tiene al momento
de poner en marcha una microempresa dedicada a la asesoría de PYMES ubicada en el sector
norte de la ciudad de Quito. La propuesta busca implementar una nueva forma de
asesoramiento dentro de esta ciudad que cada día es más competitiva para las Pymes y que
obligatoriamente por necesidad o desconocimiento deben buscar profesionales en el área
contable y administrativa pero que ofrezca un servicio diferenciado de las empresas
tradicionales de asesoría. Es importante señalar que la propuesta es viable ya que se revisaron
varios aspectos entre estos la oferta y demanda, cambios macro y micro del entorno,
inversión financiera, indicadores de recuperación, entre otros. Una vez que se revisó todos
estos elementos se va obtener una microempresa altamente rentable, y que cumple con la
finalidad de su creación que es la de tener un ingreso propio, y de dar empleo a más personas.
Es importante señalar que al finalizar el tiempo que se consideró para recuperar el capital; la
empresa adquirió un fuerte respaldo financiero al mantener un beneficio sumamente alta
para poder reinvertir y ampliar la empresa hacia nuevos horizontes.

The objective of this project is to show the opportunity it has at the moment of setting up
