dc.description	The objective of this project is to show the opportunity it has at the moment of setting up a microenterprise dedicated to advising SMEs. Headquarters in the northern sector of the city of Quito. The proposal seeks to implement a new form of advice within this city that is increasingly competitive for SMEs and that necessarily by necessity or ignorance to seek professionals in the accounting and administrative area but offers a differentiated service of traditional consulting firms . It is important to point out that the proposal is viable and that several aspects were reviewed, among these supply and demand, macro and micro changes in the environment, financial investment, recovery indicators, among others. Once all these elements have been reviewed, a highly profitable microenterprise can be obtained, which fulfills the purpose of its creation, which is to have its own income, and to employ more people. It is important to note that at the end of the time that separated to recover the capital; The company acquired a strong financial backing to maintain a highly high profit to reinvest and expand the company to new horizons. dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo mostrar la oportunidad que se tiene al momento de poner en marcha una microempresa dedicada a la asesoría de PYMES ubicada en el sector norte de la ciudad de Quito. La propuesta busca implementar una nueva forma de asesoramiento dentro de esta ciudad que cada día es más competitiva para las Pymes y que obligatoriamente por necesidad o desconocimiento deben buscar profesionales en el área contable y administrativa pero que ofrezca un servicio diferenciado de las empresas tradicionales de asesoría. Es importante señalar que la propuesta es viable ya que se revisaron varios aspectos entre estos la oferta y demanda, cambios macro y micro del entorno, inversión financiera, indicadores de recuperación, entre otros. Una vez que se revisó todos estos elementos se va obtener una microempresa altamente rentable, y que cumple con la finalidad de su creación que es la de tener un ingreso propio, y de dar empleo a más personas. Es importante señalar que al finalizar el tiempo que se consideró para recuperar el capital; la empresa adquirió un fuerte respaldo financiero al mantener un beneficio sumamente alta para poder reinvertir y ampliar la empresa hacia nuevos horizontes.
