dc.description	At the global level, the UN through the FAO governs social development projects focused on food security, improved nutrition and sustainable agriculture. At the Latin American level, there are several food programs and projects. In regards to Ecuador, it is a constitutional right for citizens to have access to food in enough quantity to meet their basic nutritional needs. Therefore, the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the province of Pichincha has been developing programs and projects such as the “Solidarity Basket”, which is oriented to support food production and be a complement to satisfy the food needs of the Ecuadorian population. This project is based on agreements and direct relations between producer families and consumer families, where then the agricultural products are distributed to some locations of Pichincha Province. This trading, avoid intermediation and overruns costs; this sustainable way of commerce searches for sustainability and sustainability. The diagnosis of the project leads to evaluate the current situation of the Pichincha Province and to establish actions through recognized methods of planning and identification. In this sense, the objective of identification of the research proposal, allows to establish a strategic planning model in order to make an efficiently project in administrative management, which will permit to construct a sustainable Province and thus improve the economic situation of its population. In terms of the methodology used for this project, it will be two types of quantitative and qualitative methods involved, therefore it will be a mixed model. For the proposal, it is intended to identify the current situation, for which the SWOT analysis was used as a tool, the strategies were designed, and then the mission, vision, strategic objectives, indicators within the use of the Logical Framework Methodology, for prospective planning or vision long term. dc.description.abstract	A nivel mundial la ONU a través de la FAO, rige los proyectos de desarrollo social enfocados en la seguridad alimentaria y la mejora de la nutrición y promover la agricultura sostenible, a nivel de Latinoamérica existen diversos proyectos de alimentación, con respecto al Ecuador, es un derecho a la alimentación que tiene grado constitucional, el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la provincia de Pichincha, viene desarrollando programas y proyectos como la Canasta Solidaria, apoyando a la producción y siendo una opción complementaria a las necesidades alimenticias de un sector de la población ecuatoriana. La cual se basa en los acuerdos e interrelaciones directas entre familias productoras y familias consumidoras de determinados rubros agrícolas producidos en algunas localidades de las diversas parroquias de Pichincha, evitando la intermediación y sobrecostos, el problema científico trata de la búsqueda de la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad del Proyecto Canasta Solidaria en la provincia de Pichincha, a partir del diagnóstico de la situación actual y establecimiento de acciones mediante métodos reconocidos de planificación, identificando como objetivo general de esta investigación la propuesta de un modelo de planificación estratégica con el fin de ser un proyecto que maneje eficientemente su gestión administrativa de esta manera pueda ser sostenible, y así mejorar la situación económica de todos los involucrados, en cuanto a la referencia a la metodología empleada se utilizó dos tipos de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos, es decir un modelo mixto, en cuanto a la propuesta se pretende identificar la situación actual, para la cual se utilizó como herramientas el análisis FODA, se diseñaron las estrategias, posteriormente se constituye la misión, visión ,objetivos estratégicos, indicadores con la utilización de la metodología de Marco Lógico para la planificación prospectiva o visión a largo plazo.
