dc.description	ABSTRACT The current research is based on the tourist and environmental management of the beach of the Tonsupa parish, Atacames canton of the Province of Esmeraldas, this is to observe and investigate how quality processes are executed and continuous improvement of the attention to tourists On the part of the tour operators, additionally, the authorities and the community in general were consulted regarding the environmental methods used for the collection of organic and inorganic waste produced in houses and lodging centers. We proceeded to consult the alternatives to conserve the environment and avoid negative impacts on the flora and fauna on the beach, it was proposed to propose alternative solutions to generate radical and drastic changes in the behavior and habits of the community in order to respect the regulations or ordinances that help to promote sustainability in the tourist activities of this destination. Posing marketing strategies in the creation and later promotion of the Tonsupa brand, seeking positioning in the market for national and international as the main destination of massive sun and beach in Ecuador. Empowering the population through knowledge of the history, customs and attractions of the Tonsupa beach The step by step manual of good tourism and environmental practices that arises in this research, was agreed and discussed in meetings with the President of the Parochial Board of Gustavo Loor Tonsupa, with Vice President Heriberto Jama and the principal vocal Yanire Melbille where they are I propose to design, implement and disseminate this manual for the beautiful beach of Tonsupa. In addition, we arrived at cuerdos to train the inhabitants of the Tonsupa river bank that are dedicated to artisanal fishing on correct management of non-commercialized fishing and waste. It raised the initiative of dredging the aforementioned river, which once clean will be a new community and ecological river attraction for the parish, thus generating investment and sources of employment; recovering the mangrove with the sowing of shells and crabs; providing an experiential and educational tourism to those who visit it. dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN La investigación actual es fundamentada en el manejo turístico y ambiental de la playa de la parroquia Tonsupa, del cantón Atacames de la Provincia de Esmeraldas, esta radico en observar e indagar como se ejecutan los procesos de calidad y mejora continua de la atención a los turistas por parte de los operadores turísticos, adicionalmente se consultó a autoridades y comunidad en general referente a los métodos ambientales que utilizan para la recolección de desechos orgánicos e inorgánicos producidos en casas y centros de hospedaje, se procedió a consultar las alternativas para conserva el ambiente y evitar los impactos negativos sobre la flora y fauna en la playa, se propuso plantear alternativas de solución para generar cambios radicales y drásticos en el comportamiento y hábitos de la comunidad con la finalidad de respetar las normativas u ordenanzas que ayudan a impulsar la sostenibilidad en las actividades turísticas de este destino. Plantear estrategias de marketing en la creación y posteriormente de promoción de la marca Tonsupa, buscando el posicionamiento en el mercado para nacional e internacional como principal destino de sol y playa masivo del Ecuador. Empoderando a la población a través del conocimiento de la historia, sus costumbres y atractivos de la playa Tonsupa. El paso a paso del manual de buenas prácticas turísticas y ambientales que se plantea en esta investigación, fue consensuado y expuesto en reuniones al Presidente de la Junta Parroquial de Tonsupa Gustavo Loor, junto al Vicepresidente Heriberto Jama y la vocal principal Yanire Melbille donde se les planteo diseñar, implementar y difundir dicho manual para la hermosa playa de Tonsupa, adicionalmente se llegó a cuerdos para capacitar a los habitantes de la rivera del rio Tonsupa que se dedican a la pesca artesanal sobre correcto manejo de la pesca no comercializada y desechos, se planteó la iniciativa del dragado del mencionado rio, el cual una vez limpio será un nuevo atractivo fluvial comunitario y ecológico para la parroquia generando así inversión y fuentes de empleo; recuperando el manglar con la siembra de conchas y cangrejos; brindando un turismo vivencial y educativo a quienes lo visiten.
