dc.description	The purpose of this work is to establish a new process regarding the execution and traceability of documents that turn out to be an aspect of utmost importance in the institution where it has been implemented, this process precedes the well-known task of printing a document, apostille and physically deliver it to the appropriate department. With the difference of having currently the intervention of a document manager, which provides a significant added value to the functions performed by officials in different areas, there is the possibility of assigning tasks and monitoring compliance with them, giving the relevant authorities the probability of measuring effectiveness and response in an appropriate manner. To achieve the objectives, it is necessary to collect information through interviews, using the effectiveness of field research as an applied methodology, explicitly directing the members of the involved areas. In addition, the application of XP (Xtreme Programing) agile development methodology, the delivery of a product is guaranteed in a timely manner and meets the requirements of the users. dc.description.abstract	La presente obra tiene como finalidad establecer un nuevo proceso en cuanto a la ejecución y trazabilidad de documentos que resultan ser un aspecto de suma relevancia en la institución donde ha sido implementada, dicha metodología antecede a la muy conocida labor de imprimir un documento, apostillarlo y entregarlo físicamente al departamento adecuado. Con la diferencia de contar en la actualidad con la intervención de un gestor documental, el cual aporta con un significante valor agregado a las funciones desempeñadas por los funcionarios de las diferentes áreas, existe la posibilidad de asignar tareas y seguimientos de cumplimiento de las mismas, otorgando a las autoridades pertinentes la probabilidad de medir eficacia y respuesta de forma acertada. Para alcanzar los objetivos es necesario analizar y recopilar información mediante entrevistas, poniendo de por medio la eficacia de la investigación de campo como metodología aplicada, dirigía explícitamente a los miembros de las áreas involucradas. Además, la aplicación de la metodología de desarrollo ágil XP (Xtreme Programing), se garantiza la entrega de un producto de forma oportuna y que cumple con las exigencias de los usuarios.
