dc.description	The "Atmospheric Discharge Counter", is currently a device that is already in the market, the approach of this design has different advantages, which exists, such as monitoring remote through a link in RF (radio frequency) through the ethernet interface, also presents a record of events within its operating system creating a flat file of the number of downloads with date and time information, for a cost much more accessible and that could be implemented in any system of protection against atmospheric discharges, it is also worth mentioning that when designed under free software, improvements and adaptations can be made depending on the case. This device to be upgradable, can be constantly improved or adapted to your reality, in addition the "Atmospheric Discharge Counter", could be installed in any installation of protection against atmospheric discharges, the same will be done to be implemented in the conductor downpipe del pararrayo, of any building or communications tower. dc.description.abstract	El "Contador de Descargas Atmosféricas", es actualmente un dispositivo que ya está en el mercado, el enfoque de este diseño tiene diferentes ventajas, como el monitoreo remoto a través de un enlace en RF (radiofrecuencia) a través de la interfaz Ethernet, también presenta un registro de eventos dentro de su sistema operativo, creando un archivo plano del número de descargas con información de fecha y hora, a un costo mucho más accesible y que podría implementarse en cualquier Sistema de protección contra descargas atmosféricas, también vale la pena mencionar que el dispositivo ha sido diseñado bajo software libre en las cuales se pueden hacer mejoras y adaptaciones según el caso. Este es un dispositivo, que se puede actualizar, y se puede mejorar o adaptar constantemente a su realidad, además, el "Contador de Descargas Atmosféricas", se puede instalar en cualquier infraestructura que cuente con protecciones contra descargas atmosféricas, ubicándolo cerca al conducto de bajada del pararrayo, de cualquier edificio o torre de comunicaciones.
