dc.description	This research is based on the design and implementation of a plan for the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards issued for Small and Medium Enterprises (IFRS for SMEs) for the ABC company to provide construction services within the city of Quito. Through the application, the company will be able to identify the main shortcomings that arise during the adoption process of the IFRS for the first time, where workers will be informed about relevant aspects of the financial information that is involved in the implementation process. Analyzing the evolution within the legal framework of the country and the various changes involved in the conversion of NECs to IFRS, for the design of the implementation plan it is necessary to carry out an evaluation of the accounting system currently used by the company, as well as the presentation of new accounting policies established according to the needs of the entity, evidencing the results by means of the elaboration of an application exercise, reflecting the adjustments both at the beginning and at the end of the transition period KEY WORDS: IFRS, PYMES, IMPLEMENTATION, SOCIAL BENEFITS.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se basa en el diseño y aplicación de un plan de implantación de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera emitido para las Pequeñas Y Medianas Empresas (NIIF para PYMES) para la empresa ABC a proporcionar servicios de construcción dentro de la ciudad de Quito. Por medio de la aplicación la empresa podrá identificar de las principales falencias que se presenten dentro del proceso de adopción de las NIIF por primera vez, donde se dará a conocer a los trabajadores aspectos relevantes para la información financiera que interviene en el proceso de implementación, analizando la evolución dentro del marco jurídico del país y los diversos cambios que interviene en la conversión de NEC a NIIF, para el diseño del plan de implementación es necesaria la realización de una evaluación del sistema contable actualmente utilizado por la empresa, así como también el planteamiento de nuevas políticas contables establecidas según las necesidades de la entidad, evidenciando los resultados por medio de la elaboración de un ejercicio de aplicación, reflejando los ajustes tato al inicio como al final del periodo de transición.
