Resumen:
El presente proyecto para la obtención del título de Ingeniero en Sistemas
Informáticos, tiene como objetivo central desarrollar la propuesta de un sistema web,
con enfoque a mejorar el proceso de postventa en la empresa ALLXERCOMP, ubicado
en la ciudad de Quito, así mismo este software ayudará para mejorar la gestión de
reportes, disminuyendo esfuerzo tanto intelectual como físico a los usuarios encargados
de estas tareas.
Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo, se inició con la revisión de documentos,
procesos y procedimientos que se realizan en la empresa en tareas como registro de
ventas, registro de postventa, quejas, garantías, solución de problemas, además de las
entrevistas y reuniones con el gerente y el personal de la empresa lo que permitió tener
fundamentos claros, para plantear la propuesta.
En las diferentes partes o capítulos de este trabajo se menciona fundamentos,
etapas y métodos para alcanzar a elaborar una propuesta que sea la más fiable para
llegar a satisfacer las necesidades de la empresa

ABSTRACT
The present project to obtain the degree of Computer Systems Engineer, has as its
main objective to develop the proposal of a web system, with a focus on improving the
after-sales process in the company ALLXERCOMP CÍA LTDA. from the city of Quito,
this software will also help to improve the management of reports, reducing both
intellectual and physical effort to the users in charge of these tasks.
For the development of this work, it began with the review of documents,
processes and procedures that are carried out in the company in tasks such as sales
registration, after-sales registration, complaints, guarantees, problem solving, in
addition to interviews and meetings with the manager and the personnel of the company
which allowed to have clear foundations, to raise the proposal.
In the different parts or chapters of this work, fundamentals, stages and methods
are mentioned to get to elaborate a proposal that is the most reliable to get to meet the
needs of the company
