RESUMEN
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad ofrecer un plan curricular interactivo a
los docentes que les permita realizar sus planificaciones de clase en función de mejorar el
proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes. En el Colegio Municipal “José Ricardo
Chiriboga” se evidenció la problemática de la no implementación de recursos multimedia por
parte de los docentes en el desarrollo de las clases, ocasionando clases típicas de siglos pasados
no acordes al tiempo tecnológico que estamos y por lo tanto el desinterés de aprender por parte
de los estudiantes y limitando el proceso educativo de los mismos. Por este motivo, se procedió
a realizar un estudio sobre la elaboración de un plan curricular interactivo desarrollado en la
herramienta eXelearning, dirigida a los docentes del Colegio Municipal “José Ricardo
Chiriboga”. La investigación se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo, ya que se obtuvieron los datos
numéricos a través de la técnica de la encuesta aplicada a los 6 docentes de la jornada vespertina,
empleando el método Deductivo-Inductivo para el análisis de resultados. Se beneficiarán los
docentes de la institución mejorando el proceso de educación al impartir sus conocimientos de
manera interactiva. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la implementación de un plan curricular
interactivo en la institución motivo a los docentes a seguir conociendo e investigando sobre esta
herramienta eXelearning y más herramientas tecnológicas que ayudan a elaborar sus
planificaciones y material didáctico para sus clases y proporcionar un aprendizaje más efectivo
y de calidad.

ABSTRACT
The present investigation has as a permit to offer an interactive curriculum plan to the
teachers that allows them to realize their class plans in order to improve the teaching-learning
process of the students. In the Municipal School "José Ricardo Chiriboga" the problem of the
non-implementation of multimedia resources by the teachers in the development of the classes
is evidenced, causing typical classes of past centuries not according to the technological time
that we are and so both the disinterest of learning by students and limiting their educational
process. For this reason, a study was carried out on the development of an interactive curriculum
plan developed in the eXelearning tool, aimed at teachers of the "José Ricardo Chiriboga"
Municipal College. The research was based on a quantitative approach, since the numerical data
were obtained through the survey technique applied to the 6 teachers of the evening, using the
Deductive-Inductive method for the analysis of results. The teachers of the institution benefit
by improving the education process by imparting their knowledge interactively. In conclusion,
it was obtained that the implementation of an interactive curriculum plan in the institution
motivated teachers to continue knowing and researching this tool and quality.
