RESUMEN En el presente escrito plantea una propuesta de aplicación de la música mediante las TIC (Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación) para el desarrollo del lenguaje en Educación Inicial. Esta metodológica tiene el objetivo de dotar al docente de una herramienta tecnológica que le permita ayudar a los alumnos a mejorar ciertas falencias en el área lingüística que se presentan en los primeros años de vida, especialmente a los estudiantes que posee problemas lingüísticos; y posteriormente se ve reflejado en el ciclo escolar de inicial. En sus inicios de vida, los niños poseen un escaso vocabulario y poco entendible generados por varias circunstancias surgidas en el entorno que los rodea. Al no ser corregido a tiempo, puede traer consecuencias poco favorables para el niño, limitándolo e impidiéndole comunicar sus necesidades. La propuesta que se expone en este proyecto para el nivel de Educación Inicial es una idea fantástica, tomando en cuenta que en los primeros años de un niño aprenden jugando, explorando, divirtiéndose. Por tal razón se eligió a la música como la mejor opción para el aprendizaje en la etapa infantil, ya que desde nuestro interior se genera el ritmo, la melodía que provoca alegría, emociones y varias expresiones artísticas en beneficio del niño en el estado de ánimo, que facilitan el proceso del aprendizaje del ámbito comunicacional y expresión del lenguaje en el niño. El principal referente de esta aplicación metodológica, es la Música basado en las TIC (Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación); considerada hoy en día una herramienta de vital importancia para el docente dentro del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del lenguaje del niño de Educación inicial en las diferentes experiencias de aprendizaje del Currículo de Inicial 2014.

Abstract This paper proposes a proposal for the application of music through ICT (Information and Communication Technology). for the development of language in Initial Education. This methodological has the objective to provide the teacher with a technological tool that allow them to help students to improve certain shortcomings in the linguistic area that arise in the first years of life, especially to students who have linguistics problems, and later it is reflected in the initial school year. In their beginnings of life, children have a low and understandable vocabulary generated by various circumstances arising in the environment. When it is not corrected in time, it can bring unfavorable consequences for the child, limiting him and preventing him from communicating his needs. The proposal that is exposed in this project for Initial Education Level is a fantastic idea, taking into account that in the first years of a child they learn playing, exploring, having fun. For this reason, music was chosen as the best option for learning in the childhood stage, the rhythm is generated from within , the melody that causes joy, emotions and various artistic expressions for the benefit of the child in their mood, that facilitate the process of learning the communicational field and language expression in the child. The main reference of this methodological application is music based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology); considered today a tool of vital importance for the teacher in the process of teaching and learning the language of the child of Initial Education in the different learning experiences of the 2014 Initial Curriculum.
