dc.description	Abstract The problem which led me to search about this research is: How to improve Mathematics learning, through the use of ICT in students of ninth grade basic general education at Calderón 2 Fiscal Educational Institution? Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a strategy to improve mathematical learning using ICT in ninth grade. It was analyzed the opinion of the authors who have expressed their technical postulates on strategy and ICT for the learning process. This research was based by a methodology with a mixed approach, which is based on the collection of information through a survey of students and teachers in the case study, who agree with the insertion of ICTs to improve mathematics learning, as the need for a strategy that helps both students and teachers in the learning process. The insertion of ICT in the education system is a strategy that allows students to expand their knowledge in the best way, learn at their own pace and have autonomous and meaningful learning, thus encouraging the constructivist pedagogical model. It is concluded that the use of exelearning is a strategy that allows to improve Mathematics learning, since it is a free educational software, the activities and the functionality of the tool allows the student to build their Mathematics knowledge based on observation and practice, and be motivated by interaction. dc.description.abstract	Resumen El problema que me llevó a realizar esta investigación es: ¿Cómo mejorar el aprendizaje de matemática, mediante el uso de TIC en estudiantes de noveno grado de educación general básica de la Institución Educativa Fiscal Calderón 2? Por lo que, el propósito del presente trabajo es elaborar una estrategia para mejorar el aprendizaje de matemática mediante el uso de TIC en noveno grado. Se analizó la opinión de autores que han expresado sus postulados teóricos sobre estrategia y TIC para el proceso de aprendizaje. Esta investigación se rigió en una metodología con enfoque mixto, que se basa en la recopilación de información mediante encuesta a estudiantes y docentes del caso de estudio, quienes están de acuerdo con la incorporación de las TIC para mejorar el aprendizaje de matemática, pues sienten la necesidad de una estrategia que ayude tanto a los estudiantes como docentes en el proceso de aprendizaje. La inserción de las TIC en el sistema educativo, es una estrategia que permite a los estudiantes ampliar de mejor manera sus conocimientos, aprender a su propio ritmo y tener un aprendizaje autónomo y significativo, fomentando así el modelo pedagógico constructivista. Se concluye que la utilización de exelearning es una estrategia que permite mejorar el aprendizaje de la matemática, ya que es un software educativo gratuito, las actividades y funcionalidad de la herramienta permite que el estudiante construya su conocimiento de matemática en base a la observación y la práctica, y se motive gracias a la interacción.
