dc.description	The present research work is in the Institution Educative Fiscal "Quito" located in Chimbacalle, in the city of Quito, school year 2019-2020. The objective of this research is to design a methodological strategy for learning the subject of Entrepreneurship and Management using EVA and Web2.0 tools of the second year of high school. The research is of mixed approach where qualitative and quantitative methods are applied, the sample is made up of students and a teacher. A survey was conducted for students and an interview with the teacher who is coordinator of the Technical area. The results of the diagnosis tell us that the classes are still traditional and the use of technological resources in the teaching-learning process is deficient. To solve this difficulty, the Moodle platform was developed where the student will have a different way of learning, having creative, innovative classes characterized by videos, slides, games. dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolló en la Institución Educativa Fiscal “Quito” ubicada en la parroquia Chimbacalle, de la ciudad de Quito, año lectivo 2019-2020. El objetivo de la investigación es diseñar una estrategia metodológica para el aprendizaje de la asignatura de Emprendimiento y Gestión utilizando EVA y herramientas Web2.0 de segundo año de bachillerato. La investigación realizada es de enfoque mixto donde se aplicó métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos, la muestra está conformada por estudiantes y una docente. Se realizó una encuesta dirigida para los estudiantes y una entrevista a la docente que es coordinadora del área Técnica. Los resultados del diagnóstico arrojaron que las clases siguen siendo tradicionales y es deficiente la utilización de recursos tecnológicos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Para resolver esta dificultad se elaboró la plataforma Moodle donde el estudiante tendrá una forma diferente de aprender, teniendo clases creativas, innovadoras caracterizadas por videos, diapositivas, juegos.
