dc.description	ABSTRACT The National Brewery company is dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of beverages made from rice and malt, the same ones that are placed at the client's orders through authorized distributors. Due to the immutable development and invention of the technology, it is necessary to automate the industrialization techniques to integrate processes that ensure a good operation and control in the systems, so an investigation is proposed to implement the automation of the filling and emptying reception hopper of wet branch in National Brewery, by means of Ethernet communication visualized in an InTouch panel for its manipulation. The following research is exploratory, on the other hand it is of an application type since it has bibliography of various texts that will be used through the development of the research. How data collection technique was used the Interview, which was addressed to the manager of the National Brewery production area, in order to know the process currently used for the control of filling and emptying the cereal hopper, while knowing what is the end of the implementation of an automated system. Direct observation aimed at operators, and also the registration of documents. The project was developed in three phases, the proposal was made, where the instruments used for automation were defined, verifying the functionality parameters in automation. It was possible to elaborate the stage that was planned for communication and remote monitoring, through the profibus protocol. It is recommended that the parameters established in the automation functionality be constantly verified. Take into account the communication and visualization that was developed in the automation, since that way you can control and verify the facilities and that this follow the normal course. dc.description.abstract	La empresa Cervecería Nacional se dedica a la elaboración y comercialización de bebidas hechas a base de arrocillo y malta, las mismas que son puestas a órdenes del cliente a través de distribuidores autorizados. Debido al desarrollo e invención de la tecnología es necesario automatizar las técnicas de industrialización para integrar procesos que aseguren un buen funcionamiento y control en los sistemas, por lo que se plantea una investigación para implementar la automatización de la tolva de recepción de llenado y vaciado de afrecho húmedo en Cervecería Nacional, mediante comunicación Ethernet visualizado en un InTouch panel para su manipulación. La siguiente investigación, es explorativa, por otra parte, es de tipo aplicativo ya que posee bibliografía de diversos textos que se usarán mediante el desarrollo de la investigación. Cómo técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó la Entrevista, que estuvo dirigida al gerente del área de producción de Cervecería Nacional, con el fin de conocer el proceso usado actualmente para el control de llenado y vaciado de la tolva de afrecho, a la vez conocer cuál es el fin de la implementación de un sistema automatizado. La observación directa dirigida a los operadores, también el registro de documentos. El proyecto se desarrolló en tres fases, se realizó la propuesta, donde se definieron los instrumentos que se utilizan para la automatización, verificando los parámetros de funcionalidad en la automatización. Se logró elaborar la etapa que estaba prevista para la comunicación y monitoreo remoto, mediante el protocolo profibus. Se recomienda que se verifiquen constantemente los parámetros que se establecieron en la funcionalidad de la automatización. Tomar en cuenta la comunicación, visualización que se desarrolló en la automatización, ya que de esa manera se podrá controlar, verificar en las instalaciones que esta siga el curso normal.
