Resumen:

Uno de los procesos más importantes del desarrollo humano es la educación. La educación permite la adquisición de las principales habilidades que generan una mejor adaptación del individuo al medio real que lo rodea. En este sentido, los docentes forman parte de los agentes de cambio y responsables de esta ardua tarea, es por eso que, día a día se deben ir modificando a nuevas estrategias de manera que se asegure el desarrollo integral de todos los estudiantes. De acuerdo con los datos recopilados de las pruebas de diagnóstico de las áreas realizadas a estudiantes de quinto grado, La evaluación fue realizada a un total de 36 estudiantes en cada asignatura. La prueba fue diseñada en base a los conocimientos impartidos el año anterior. Cabe recalcar que el año lectivo 2020 – 2021 las clases fueron totalmente virtuales existiendo una afectación en el aprendizaje debido a la reducción de horas, estilo de aprendizaje, interferencia tecnológica, etc. La Unidad Educativa Municipal “Eugenio Espejo”, institución educativa en la que se desarrolló el presente trabajo de investigación, recibe alrededor de 2850 estudiantes diariamente en sus aulas, dispone de 150 docentes de distintas áreas de estudio quienes deben responder eficientemente a las características de aprendizaje de sus estudiantes con el fin de presentar a la sociedad ciudadanos responsables y preparados que generen cambios sociales positivos. La población estudiantil actual está distribuida en 80 paralelos de primero de básica a tercer grado de Bachillerato en jornada matutina y 4 paralelos en jornada vespertina que corresponden al Ciclo Básico Acelerado. La institución cuenta con una infraestructura favorable para el uso de tecnologías educativas, permitiendo de este modo la implementación de proyectos educativos innovadores (Espejo, 2018).

One of the most important processes of human development is education. Education allows the acquisition of the main skills that generate a better adaptation of the individual to the real environment that surrounds him. In this sense, teachers are part of the agents of change and responsible for this arduous task, that is why that, day by day, new strategies must be modified in order to ensure comprehensive development of all students. According to the data collected from the diagnostic tests of the areas carried out on fifth grade students. The evaluation was carried out on a total of 36 students in each subject. The test was designed based on the knowledge delivered the previous year. It should be noted that the 2020-2021 school year the classes were totally virtual, with an affectation in learning due to the reduction of hours, learning style, technological interference, etc. The Municipal Educational Unit "Eugenio Espejo", an educational institution in which the present research work was developed, receives around 2850 students daily in its classrooms, it has 150 teachers from different areas of study who must respond efficiently to the learning characteristics of their students in order to present to society responsible citizens and preparations that generate positive social changes. The current student population is distributed in 80 parallels from the first year of basic to third grade of Baccalaureate in the morning shift and 4 parallel shifts in the shift afternoon that correspond to the Accelerated Basic Cycle. The institution has a favorable infrastructure for the use of educational technologies, thus allowing mode the implementation of innovative educational projects (Espejo, 2018).
