dc.description	At present, health policies have been evolving, they have been created manuals, practical guides, regulations among others that help and promote the improvement in the health area in this case will be emphasized in the care of the newborns or also neonates and as a fundamental pillar to mention what the standard Health Establishments as Friends of Mother and Child (ESAMYN) issued by the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) in September 2016, in order to to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity, through the Comprehensive and quality care for mothers and newborns. As a branch of Pediatrics, neonatology is a discipline dedicated to the care of the infant, in the physical, physiological aspect and in addition to the newborn healthy or sick, during the first 28 days of life. During that time it called neonates or newborns, and aspects such as in its evolution, its normal development, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of their disorders and diseases, which require specialized care.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad las políticas de salud han venido evolucionando se han creado manuales, guías prácticas, normativas entre otros que ayudan y fomentan el mejoramiento en el área de salud en este caso se enfatizará en el cuidado de los recién nacidos o también neonatos y como pilar fundamental mencionar lo que la norma Establecimientos de la Salud como Amigos de la Madre y del Niño (ESAMYN) emitida por el Ministerio de Salud Pública (MSP) en septiembre del 2016, con el fin de disminuir la mortalidad y la morbilidad materna y neonatal, a través de la atención integral y de calidad a la madre y al recién nacido. Como rama de la Pediatría, la neonatología es una disciplina que se dedica a la atención del infante, en el aspecto físico, fisiológico y además del recién nacido sano o enfermo, durante los primeros 28 días de vida. Durante ese tiempo se denomina neonatos o recién nacidos, y se deben tomar en cuenta aspectos como en su evolución, de su desarrollo normal, así como del diagnóstico y tratamiento de sus trastornos y enfermedades, los cuales requieren de un cuidado especializado.	es_ES
