Resumen:

La presente investigación está enfocada en fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la asignatura ofimática debido a que la ofimática es una herramienta fundamental para elaborar, automatizar y registrar de forma digital la información que se necesita en el campo educativo y profesional como es los procesadores de texto, para redactar informes, redacciones, resúmenes entre otras, también la hoja de cálculo para el registro de datos y obtener rápidamente resultados entre las herramientas de la Ofimática también está PowerPoint para la realización de presentaciones (Carvajal et al., 2021). Cabe destacar que el proyecto se desarrollará en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico “José Chiriboga Grijalva” de la ciudad de Ibarra, el cual brinda el servicio de Educación Superior a la población del norte del país, otorgando títulos de tercer nivel de formación Técnica y Tecnológica. Además, es una Institución de Educación Superior acreditada por el Consejo de Evaluación, Acreditación y Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educación Superior CEAACES en el año 2016 y ahora Consejo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educación Superior CACES, obteniendo la calificación más alta de la zona 1, es particular autofinanciada, en su oferta académica vigente constan 11 carreras profesionales en diferentes áreas de estudio (Grijalva, 2022). Actualmente cuenta con 1199 estudiantes matriculados en las diferentes carreras de los cuales 196 estudiantes corresponden al segundo nivel de la carrera Técnico Superior en Enfermería. La Institución cuenta con 25 docentes a tiempo completo y 20 docentes a tiempo parcial de los cuales 3 docentes de tiempo completo son quienes imparten la asignatura de ofimática en los diferentes paralelos. La carrera Enfermería cuenta con una Coordinadora de Carrera que reporta informes académicos al Director Académico y este a su vez a Coordinación General y Vicerrectorado Académico. Los docentes que imparten la asignatura Ofimática, laboran 40 horas semanales, de las cuales, 4 horas diarias dedican a impartir clases en las diferentes carreras en periodos de 40 minutos, de acuerdo al horario académico establecido, los mismos que imparten la asignatura Ofimática en los 5 laboratorios de la Institución, las 4 hora diarias restantes de su jornada laboral las dedican a actividades administrativas y gestión académica.

This research is focused on strengthening the teaching and learning process of the office automation subject because office automation is a fundamental tool for developing, automate and digitally record the information needed in the educational field and professional such as word processors, to write reports, essays, summaries among others, also the spreadsheet for data registration and quickly obtain results between the Office automation tools are also PowerPoint for making presentations (Carvajal et al., 2021). It should be noted that the project will be developed at the "José Chiriboga" Higher Technological Institute Grijalva" of the city of Ibarra, which provides the service of Higher Education to the population of the north of the country, granting titles of third level of Technical and Technological formation. Also, it's a Institution of Higher Education accredited by the Council for Evaluation, Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education CEAACES in 2016 and now Council of Quality Assurance of Higher Education CACES, obtaining the highest rating of the zone 1, is self-financed private, in its current academic offer there are 11 professional careers in different study areas (Grijalva, 2022). It currently has 1,199 students enrolled in the different careers, of which 196 students correspond to the second level of the Higher Technician in Nursing career. The institution It has 25 full-time teachers and 20 part-time teachers, of which 3 teachers of full time are those who teach the subject of office automation in the different parallels. The Nursing career has a Career Coordinator who reports academic reports to the Academic Director and this in turn to General Coordination and Academic Vice President. Teachers who teach the Office Automation subject work 40 hours per week, of which 4 daily hours dedicated to teaching classes in the different careers in periods of 40 minutes, according to to the established academic schedule, the same ones that teach the Office automation subject in the 5 laboratories of the Institution, the remaining 4 hours of their working day are dedicated to activities administrative and academic management.
