Resumen:
El proyecto de investigación se desarrollará en el ámbito de las ciencias de la educación, enfocado
a las nuevas tendencias tecnológicas como aliadas en la construcción del conocimiento; tiene lugar de
desarrollo en el Colegio Internacional Rudolf Steiner, situado en el norte del distrito metropolitano de
Quito, mismo que es de carácter particular y se conforma por aproximadamente 283 estudiantes y 40
docentes. Este proyecto se desarrollará enfocado en estudiantes de cuarto grado de educación
general básica.
La Institución Educativa se reconoce por ofertar una educación de calidad, alineada a la
metodología y principios del IB (Bachillerato Internacional), destacada por brindar una formación
integral en sus estudiantes, con un enfoque constructivista en el desarrollo del proceso escolar y así
mismo su clima laboral y nivel de exigencia son superiores, mismos que permiten mantener personal
capacitado para guiar en el proceso académico de los estudiantes.
Como principio en la contextualización se parte de un momento determinante que se sitúa en el
año 2020, donde la humanidad enfrentó una situación crítica que exigió modificaciones en las áreas
de desarrollo humano (educación, salud, industria etc.) acontecimiento que surge por la pandemia
por Covid-19, que llevó a la población mundial a enfrentar algunas reformas y adaptaciones en los
sistemas de vida; se evidenció que uno de los sectores en los que marcó un gran impacto y que precisó
atención inmediata fue en el ámbito educativo, donde miles de niños y jóvenes requerían continuar
con sus procesos escolares pero la presencialidad no se consideró una opción por situaciones de
bioseguridad. En este sentido el Colegio Rudolf Steiner, tuvo la obligación de migrar de su
infraestructura física a un aprendizaje virtual con la finalidad de salvaguardar la salud de toda su
comunidad; siendo así maestros, estudiantes y padres de familia iniciaron un proceso de
autoformación y trabajo colaborativo en tecnologías que buscaron apoyar y mantener el proceso
escolar de los alumnos en diversas edades. Durante este tiempo, se evidenció la importancia de
competencias digitales, habilidades de indagación de herramientas digitales con el fin único de
fortalecer y propiciar la construcción del conocimiento, siendo así, toda la comunidad educativa inició
la búsqueda imparable de estrategias que favorecieron la formación de los estudiantes.

The research project will be developed in the field of educational sciences, focused on
to new technological trends as allies in the construction of knowledge; takes place of
development in the Rudolf Steiner International School, located in the north of the metropolitan district of
Quito, which is of a private nature and is made up of approximately 283 students and 40
teachers. This project will be developed focused on fourth grade students
basic overall.
The Educational Institution is recognized for offering a quality education, aligned with the
methodology and principles of the IB (International Baccalaureate), noted for providing training
comprehensive in their students, with a constructivist approach in the development of the school process and thus
even its work environment and level of demand are superior, which allow it to maintain staff
trained to guide the academic process of students.
As a principle in contextualization, we start from a determining moment that is located in the
year 2020, where humanity faced a critical situation that required modifications in the areas
of human development (education, health, industry, etc.) event that arises from the pandemic
by Covid-19, which led the world population to face some reforms and adaptations in the
life systems; it became evident that one of the sectors in which it had a great impact and which required
immediate attention was in the educational field, where thousands of children and young people needed to continue
with their school processes but attendance was not considered an option due to situations of
biosecurity. In this sense, the Rudolf Steiner School had the obligation to migrate from its
physical infrastructure to virtual learning in order to safeguard the health of all its
community; Thus, teachers, students and parents began a process of
self-training and collaborative work in technologies that sought to support and maintain the process
school of students at various ages. During this time, the importance of
digital skills, research skills of digital tools with the sole purpose of
strengthen and promote the construction of knowledge, thus, the entire educational community began
the unstoppable search for strategies that favored the formation of students.
