dc.description	In 2020, the health crisis was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which generated great changes in different spaces; Due to this situation, a confinement to safeguard the health of humanity; Thus, in the educational area, it turned out necessary to make adaptations in the workload, teaching methodologies and the curriculum of the English area. Unfortunately, said change in the aforementioned subject shows that it has negatively impacted on teaching-learning, demonstrated in the practice of skills of the language and therefore in their academic performance. At the start of the 2021-2022 school year, students of fourth grade took diagnostic tests of language proficiency, the same ones that reflect as reality the need to strengthen foreign language learning skills. According to the data collected from the English diagnostic tests carried out at fourth grade E.G.B students of the Rudolf Steiner Educational Unit, it can be seen that there is deficiency in this subject. The test was performed on a total of 23 students. of which only 25% obtained grades higher than 8 points. The test was designed in based on the knowledge imparted the previous year. It should be noted that the school year 2020 - 2021 the classes were totally virtual, having an affectation in learning due to the reduction of hours, learning style, technological interference, etc. However, the questions posed in this exam correspond to the four foreign language acquisition skills, the which, beyond measuring previous knowledge, demonstrate the percentage of English proficiency of according to these skills. Resulting in an evident need to strengthen learning of English for this particular group of students.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el año 2020 se presentó la crisis sanitaria a causada por la pandemia por Covid-19, misma que generó grandes cambios en diferentes espacios; debido a dicha situación se mantuvo un confinamiento para salvaguardar la salud de la humanidad; Siendo así en el área educativa resultó necesario realizar adaptaciones en la carga horaria, metodologías de enseñanza y los currículos del área de inglés. Lamentablemente dicho cambio en la asignatura mencionada evidencia que ha impactado negativamente en la enseñanza-aprendizaje, demostrado en la práctica de las habilidades del idioma y por ende en su desempeño académico. Al iniciar el año lectivo 2021-2022 los estudiantes de cuarto grado realizaron pruebas diagnósticas del dominio del idioma, las mismas que reflejan como realidad la necesidad de fortalecer las habilidades de aprendizaje del idioma extranjero. De acuerdo con los datos recopilados de las pruebas de diagnóstico de inglés realizadas a estudiantes de cuarto grado E.G.B de la Unidad Educativa Rudolf Steiner, se puede apreciar que existe una deficiencia con respecto a esta asignatura. La prueba fue realizada a un total de 23 estudiantes de los cuales solamente el 25% obtuvieron notas superiores a 8 puntos. La prueba fue diseñada en base a los conocimientos impartidos el año anterior. Cabe recalcar que el año lectivo 2020 – 2021 las clases fueron totalmente virtuales habiendo una afectación en el aprendizaje debido a la reducción de horas, estilo de aprendizaje, interferencia tecnológica, etc. Sin embargo, las preguntas planteadas en dicho examen corresponden a las cuatro habilidades de adquisición de la lengua extranjera, las cuales más allá de medir conocimientos previos, demuestran el porcentaje de dominio del inglés de acuerdo con dichas habilidades. Resultando en una evidente necesidad de fortalecer el aprendizaje del inglés para este grupo de estudiantes en particular.	es_ES
