dc.description	Biomechanical risk in work activities related to different positions in the workplace has a great impact on the health of workers. having as consequence occupational diseases that alter the productive factor of the companies and of Workers. According to the Pan American Health Organization (2022): The IESS, through the General Directorate of Occupational Risks, stated that during the In 2018, around 932 occupational diseases were registered within the Ecuadorian territory of which 57.7% are located in the province of Pichincha. trauma diseases occupy the highest percentage with 85.63% continuing with the undetermined diagnosis with 10.6%. Ergonomic risks cover almost all trauma diseases with 79.8%, followed by diseases associated with undetermined factors 9.5% and with 6.3% the risks associated with physical factors such as vibrations, loud sounds, and problems of radiation. (PAN AMERICAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION, 2022, p. 54) According to CENEA, 2022 in his blog mentions: Ergonomic risk is the probability of developing a musculoskeletal disorder due to the type and intensity of physical activity performed at work. This kind of disorders affect the mobility of the human being, mainly affecting the nervous, muscular and bone in addition to ligaments and tendons generating ailments from the simplest or temporary to permanent disabilities. dc.description.abstract	El riesgo biomecánico en las actividades laborales vinculadas con las distintas posiciones en el puesto de trabajo tiene un gran impacto en la salud de los trabajadores. Teniendo como consecuencia enfermedades ocupacionales que alteran el factor productivo de las empresas y de los trabajadores. Según la Organización Panamericana de la Salud (2022): El IESS mediante la Dirección General de Riesgos de Trabajo manifestaron que durante el 2018 se registraron alrededor de 932 enfermedades ocupacionales dentro del territorio ecuatoriano de las que el 57,7 % se ubican en la provincia de Pichincha. Las enfermedades traumatológicas ocupan el mayor porcentaje con un 85,63% continuando con la de diagnóstico no determinado con un 10,6%. Los riesgos ergonómicos contemplan casi la totalidad de las enfermedades traumatológicas con 79.8%, seguidos de enfermedades asociados a factores indeterminados 9.5% y con un 6.3% los riesgos asociados a factores físicos como vibraciones, sonidos fuertes, y problemas de radiación. (ORGANIZACIÓN PANAMERICANA DE LA SALUD, 2022, pág. 54) Según CENEA, 2022 dentro de su blog menciona: El riesgo ergonómico es la probabilidad de desarrollar un trastorno musculoesquelético debido al tipo e intensidad de actividad física que se realiza en el trabajo. Este tipo de trastornos afligen la movilidad del ser humano, afectando principalmente los sistemas nerviosos, muscular y óseo además de ligamentos y tendones generando dolencias desde las más simples o pasajeras hasta incapacitaciones permanentes. (CENEA, 2022) En la concesión minera Tanlahua se encuentra ubicada en la Parroquia San Antonio de Pichincha (Mitad del Mundo), Cantón Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, Provincia Pichincha; al no existir un programa de gestión de riesgos ergonómicos que pueda controlar que conlleva a plantearse el siguiente trabajo de investigación.	es_ES
