dc.description	Within the current context of Ecuador and the world due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, actions such as confinement and mandatory confinement to reduce contagion and protect health innumerable human rights, sectors such as the economy, education, health, and research were critically affected: closure, bankruptcy of companies, ventures, reduction of personnel and salaries, among others, however, thanks to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has witnessed the birth of new forms of communication, work, business, education for the recovery of the economy in the face of this global emergency crisis. According to Fernández (2022) who analyzes the INEC statistics in the year 2020 and concludes that in the Ecuador, the number of unemployed people rose to 1009583, being the month of June of the same year 13.3% the unemployment rate. This reality shows even more emphatically the importance of strengthen students' knowledge of the area of entrepreneurship and innovation as part of of their training and professional development from their area of technical knowledge, as well as the developing your soft skills. In the framework of the countries, the importance of teaching entrepreneurship for the development of the economy of society is a factor of undeniable relevance and priority as emphasized by Salazar (2018) : The teaching of entrepreneurship in some countries of Europe, North and South America America has become a priority; has been established in some of these as public policy, since what is required are people with a change of mentality with the capacity to form companies and generate jobs that thus contribute to the revitalization of the economy, to the connection with internal and foreign markets and to support the development of the regions (p. 1).	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Dentro del contexto actual del Ecuador y del mundo debido la pandemia causada por COVID-19, acciones como el confinamiento y encierro obligatorio para reducir el contagio y precautelar la salud humana innumerables, sectores como el económico, educación, salud, investigación fueron críticamente afectados: cierre, quiebra de empresas, emprendimientos, reducción de personal y salarios, entre otros, sin embargo, gracias al uso de las Tecnologías de información y Comunicación (TIC)se ha presenciado el nacimiento de nuevas formas de comunicación, trabajo, negocio, educación para la recuperación de la economía ante esta crisis de emergencia global. Según Fernández (2022) quien analiza las estadísticas el INEC en el año 2020 y concluye que en el Ecuador, el número personas desempleadas subió a 1009583, siendo al mes de junio del mismo año el 13,3% la tasa de desempleo. Esta realidad evidencia aún con mayor hincapié la importancia de fortalecer en los estudiantes el conocimiento del área de emprendimiento e innovación como parte de su formación y desarrollo profesional desde su área de conocimiento técnico, así como del desarrollo de sus habilidades blandas. En el marco de los países, la importancia de la enseñanza de emprendimiento para el desarrollo de la economía de la sociedad es un factor de innegable relevancia y prioridad como lo enfatiza Salazar (2018) : La enseñanza del emprendimiento en algunos países de Europa, América del Norte y Sur América se ha convertido en una prioridad; se ha establecido en algunos de estos como política pública, ya que lo que se requiere son personas con un cambio de mentalidad con la capacidad de formar empresas y generar empleos que contribuyan así a la dinamización de la economía, a la conexión con mercados internos y extranjeros y apoyar el desarrollo de las regiones (p. 1).	es_ES
