dc.description	English is the most used universal language in the world, it allows to communicate in a affective through the exchange of information and ideas, business, technological advances and education, hence the importance of learning English from the elementary, middle, upper basic level and baccalaureate in educational institutions. In Latin America the levels of English are very low, the standards of the Framework are not met Common European Reference (CEFR) Ecuador ranks in the last places according to the report issued by the EF Education First (2020) of the English Proficiency Index, for this reason you should work from the Ministry of Education with policies to strengthen English in educational institutions continuous training for teachers on a pedagogical model to develop the skills of the English language listening, reading, writing and speaking. The Ministry of Education for the area of English is based on the constructivist theories of knowledge, the central role of language and communication skills in CLIL frameworks they can best express themselves through a communicative approach to teaching. (Education, Curriculum of Foreign Language, 2016) The curricular objectives consist of developing the skills so that the student can communicate orally and in writing, according to the needs and the social context, the development communication ability facilitates social interaction in the teaching-learning process, promotes collaborative work as a tool to achieve learning achievements, awakens the student's motivation to be part of their learning. At the Aurelio Bayas Fiscal School, the subject of English is taught with 5 academic periods at the 40 minute week however, this is not enough to practice the language and reach the skills in a significant way, consequently, the need arises to implement a model pedagogy for the area of English based on constructivist theories and the development of communicative competence. A curriculum based on the levels and teaching processes of according to the international standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR) for students to communicate, analyze and process information using the linguistic varieties as they progress from level A1.1 to A2.1 in addition to the development of critical thinking, communication and social skills, taking into account the exit profile of the Ecuadorian bachelor and the values of justice, innovation and solidarity.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El Inglés es el idioma universal más utilizado en todo el mundo, permite comunicarse de forma afectiva a través del intercambio de información e ideas, negocios, avances tecnológicos y educación, de ahí radica la importancia del aprendizaje del Inglés desde el nivel elemental, medio, básica superior y bachillerato en las Instituciones educativas. En América Latina los niveles de Inglés son muy bajos, no se cumplen con los estándares del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia (MCER) Ecuadorse ubica en los últimoslugaressegún el informe emitido por el EF Education First (2020) del Índice de dominio del Inglés, por esta razón se debe trabajar desde el Ministerio de Educación con políticas para el fortalecimiento de Inglés en las instituciones educativas capacitación continua a los docente sobre un modelo pedagógico para desarrollar las habilidades del idioma Inglés escuchar, leer , escribir y hablar . El Ministerio de Educación para el área de inglés fundamenta en las teorías constructivistas del conocimiento, el papel central del lenguaje y las competencias comunicativas en los marcos CLIL pueden expresarse mejor a través de un enfoque comunicativo de la enseñanza. (Educación, Curriculo de Lengua Extranjera, 2016) Los objetivos curriculares consisten en desarrollar las habilidades para que el estudiante pueda comunicarse de forma oral y escrita, de acuerdo con las necesidades y el contexto social, el desarrollo de la habilidad comunicativa facilita la interacción social en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, promueve el trabajo colaborativo como herramienta para alcanzar los logros de aprendizaje, despierta la motivación del estudiante por ser parte de su aprendizaje. En la Escuela Fiscal Aurelio Bayas se imparte la asignatura de Inglés con 5 periodos académicos a la semana de 40 minutos sin embargo, esto no es suficiente para practicar el idioma y alcanzar las destrezas de forma significativa en consecuencia, surge la necesidad de implementar un modelo pedagógico para el área de Inglés fundamentado en las teorías constructivistas y el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa. Un plan de estudios basado en los niveles y procesos de enseñanza de acuerdo a los estándares internacionales del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las lenguas (MCER) para que los estudiantes se comuniquen , analicen y procesen la información utilizando las variedades lingüísticas a medida que avanzan del nivel A1.1 al A2.1 además el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico , habilidades comunicativas y sociales, tomando en consideración el perfil de salida del bachiller ecuatoriano y los valores justicia , innovación y solidaridad.	es_ES
