Resumen:
En la actualidad en el mundo que vivimos tanto las organizaciones grandes como las pequeñas
deben adaptarse a los cambios, siendo importante contar con sistemas de gestión que les
permita elaborar estrategias que les ayuden a competir dentro de las actividades en las que se
desenvuelven permitiéndoles mejorar sus proceso dentro de la calidad, el servicio, el
mejoramiento continuo de los subprocesos, prevención de incidentes y enfermedades
ocupacionales; que dará como resultado una mejora de la competitividad en el mercado y
posicionar a estas organizaciones con estándares altos de calidad en todas sus áreas.
Dentro de los diferentes sistemas de gestión que se puede implementar en las organizaciones,
se debe direccionar a las actividades más relevantes que realizan o que se destacan dentro de
su giro de negocio para ser reconocidas como organizaciones con niveles de estándares altos,
en donde se pueden implementar Sistemas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), Gestión
de, Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional basados en la norma NTE
INEN- ISO 9001, 14001 y 45001 respectivamente.
Hoy en día los sistemas de gestión tienen una gran acogida por las organizaciones, sobre todo
las de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional que permiten cuidar el recurso más valioso que tienen las
organizaciones que es su capital humano , donde existe una alta preocupación por la seguridad
de las personas en sus labores dentro del ámbito laboral; es así que la preocupación de la
seguridad en los trabajadores tiene su origen en la antigüedad y edad media donde los esclavos
jugaban un papel muy importante en las labores más riesgosas, siendo Egipto el que da el
primero paso en los inicios de la seguridad al dotar a los esclavos de arneses, sandalias y
andamios para los trabajos en las construcciones de las pirámides.

Today in the world we live in, both large and small organizations
must adapt to changes, being important to have management systems that
allows them to develop strategies that help them compete within the activities in which they are involved.

occupational; that will result in an improvement of the competitiveness in the market and
position these organizations with high quality standards in all their areas.
Within the different management systems that can be implemented in organizations,
it should be directed to the most relevant activities that they carry out or that stand out within
their line of business to be recognized as organizations with high levels of standards,
where Systems of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) can be implemented, Management
of, Occupational Safety and Health Environmental Management Systems based on the NTE standard
INEN-ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 respectively.
Nowadays, management systems are very well received by organizations, especially
those of Occupational Safety and Health that allow taking care of the most valuable resource that the
organizations that is their human capital, where there is a high concern for security
of people in their work within the workplace; it is so that the concern of the
security in workers has its origin in antiquity and the middle ages where slaves
they played a very important role in the most risky tasks, being Egypt the one that gives the
first step in the beginnings of security by equipping the slaves with harnesses, sandals and
scaffolding for work in the construction of the pyramids.
