Resumen:

Muchos son los cambios que la humanidad experimentará debido a la pandemia del presente año. La aceleración de la era digital y la comunicación 4 y 5G, dan como resultado muchos cambios en las costumbres del ser humano debido al distanciamiento social y la aceleración en el ámbito virtual. El Internet, las redes sociales y los teléfonos celulares dan paso a una nueva era digital. Se observa la gran oportunidad en la educación de crearsalas virtuales con educación digital continua y práctica que ayude a mejorar los conocimientos de los profesionales de la ciudad de Quito y del país completo, sin la necesidad de que sus estudiantes tengan que tener su presencia en un espacio físico. Estos nuevos cursos generarán en sus estudiantes actualización de conocimientos prácticos que ayuden en sus diferentes departamentos empresariales a la mejora continua necesaria en esta singular época que se presenta al ser humano. “La invitación concreta, por tanto, es repensar en la educación desde la premisa de estar insertos en un contexto en el que la tecnología ya no es algo externo que uno usa, sino que es un aspecto que se involucra incluso para delinear la manera en que nos percibimos e identificamos” (Sevilla, Tarasow, & Luna, 2017). Diferentes son las competencias que exige el distanciamiento social entre ellas la adaptación a una nueva era digital, vemos entonces la gran oportunidad en la educación de impactar positivamente a la ciudadanía que trabaja en los diferentes departamentos técnicos y operativos de las empresas que han logrado sobrevivir a este difícil momento por los que nos encontramos tanto social como política y económicamente. Se plantea entonces el estudio de la demanda de cursos especializados on line con el fin de determinar el nivel de interés y en que estarían dispuestos a especializarse y a invertir las personas profesionales mayores de edad de las diferentes ciudades y provincias del Ecuador que tengan acceso a Internet y a una computadora.

Many are the changes that humanity will experience due to the present pandemic year. The acceleration of the digital age and 4 and 5G communication result in many changes in the customs of the human being due to social distancing and acceleration in the virtual realm. The internet, social networks and cell phones give way to a new digital age. There is a great opportunity in education to create virtual rooms with education continuous and practical digital knowledge that helps to improve the knowledge of the professionals of the city of Quito and the entire country, without the need for their students to have to have their presence in a physical space. These new courses will generate in their students updating of practical knowledge that helps in their different departments companies to the continuous improvement necessary in this singular time that is presented to be human. "The specific invitation, therefore, is to rethink education from the premise of being inserted in a context in which technology is no longer something external that one uses, but rather It is an aspect that is even involved in delineating the way in which we perceive ourselves and we identify” (Sevilla, Tarasow, & Luna, 2017). Different are the skills required by social distancing, including adaptation to a new digital era, we see then the great opportunity in education to impact positively to the citizens who work in the different technical and operational departments of the companies that have managed to survive this difficult moment for which we find ourselves socially, politically and economically. The study of the demand for specialized online courses is then proposed in order to determine the level of interest and in which they would be willing to specialize and invest the professional people of legal age from the different cities and provinces of Ecuador have access to the internet and a computer.
