Resumen:
Según (Sham, 2017) habla sobre la didáctica de la lengua y literatura a nivel nacional el cuál
propone y menciona que mantiene relaciones con discursos sociales y estéticos dentro del
marco de la sociedad, el cuál incide a la pedagogía actual en la manera en que enseñamos a leer,
escribir e interpretar textos cotidianos, que tenga como objetivo formar seres críticos y
significativos con ideologías nuevas para la actualidad.
Es fundamental conocer la importancia de la lengua y literatura ya que es un acto de amor y
convivencia dentro de una sociedad de paz que utiliza lenguas para buscar una felicidad
compartida y el bienestar de todos los seres humanos en la educación.
Según (Pablo, 2018) la enseñanza de la lengua es importante ya que ocupa un lugar
preponderante dentro de los estudios de investigación del presente trabajo actual el cuál
constituye una herramienta indispensable para aprender el mundo y las relaciones de los
diferentes textos literarios y cotidianos de la lengua y literatura.
Cabe recalcar que dentro de varios autores tienen la perspectiva de distintos ángulos que
han proporcionado el desarrollo de la lingüística aplicada en los estudiantes tomando en cuenta
los conocimientos que poseemos sobre las diferentes estructuras de la lengua, se dice que en el
año 1994 Luna y Sanz presentan un estudio sobre la enseñanza de la lengua haciendo énfasis a
las macro habilidades: hablar, leer, escribir y escuchar.
Menciona las Naciones Unidas ONU que más de 100 millones de niños quedaron por debajo
del nivel de la lecto escritura teniendo falencias debido a la pandemia del Covid-19. Se menciona
que la UNESCO, vuelve al punto del camino en que se encontraba el mundo, el cuál puede llevar
una década, aunque se podría conseguir para el 2024 con un trabajo excepcional que
contemplara clases de recuperación, entre otras medidas. (ONU, 2022)
Según (Serrano, 2021) manifiesta que el Ministerio de Educación debe de tener en cuenta
que todos los niños a nivel mundial no nacen con la habilidad innata de descodificar las palabras,
leer o escribir por lo tanto es fundamental brindarles el apoyo necesario y crear un ambiente
adecuado que fomente su interés en la lectoescritura.
