Resumen:
El carácter transformador de la actividad humana y los distintos contextos socioculturales, han
influenciado en varios ámbitos de la sociedad. El sistema educativo es parte de esta transformación, ha
pasado de lo tradicional a lo mercantil, llegando a generar nuevas teorías como el constructivismo. Entre
los siglos XX - XXI la educación en Latinoamérica fue tomando un matiz de modernización con reformas
educativas que responden a intereses económicos y políticos.
En el país, durante el 2016 el Ministerio de Educación implementa el nuevo currículo nacional,
en el cual se define el perfil de salida para el bachiller ecuatoriano. Los lineamientos del BGU tuvieron
cambios en la asignatura de Emprendimiento y Gestión, según, el Art. 4 del acuerdo ministerial Nro.
MINEDUC-ME-2016-00020-A, se destinan 2h académicas a la semana para la enseñanza de dicha
asignatura,sin embargo, el tiempo no se ajusta a los objetivos y conocimientos que se espera alcanzar.En
la guía de emprendimiento y gestión el Ministerio de Educación, dice, que:
La preparación del estudiante dispuesto a crear, construir, innovar, asumir riesgos, planificar,
ejecutar y evaluar proyectos de toda índole, con el objetivo supremo de preparar ciudadanos
comprometidos con su realidad política, económica, social y cultural y, que apoyado en las
nuevas tecnologías desarrolle todos los campos del saber, del saber-hacer y del saber-ser.
