Resumen:
El objetivo de la salud ocupacional es realizar un control adecuado del entorno del trabajador
con el fin de protegerlo, interviniendo en cada uno de las contingencias que son propios de su
actividad laboral. La secretaria de gestión de riesgo en la resolución 020 (2024) los señala “Los
riesgos laborales son: los riesgos físicos, químicos y biológicos, mecánicos, eléctricos y
psicosociales” (1) Secretaría gestión de riesgo, 2024, p. 18).
Dentro del presente trabajo nos centramos en el riesgo psicosocial, y el síndrome de burnout,
“entendiendo que en un mundo globalizado el riesgo psicosocial ha ido en aumento por la mayor
carga laboral, personal, social y su interacción en su entorno laboral de todas la anteriormente
descritas” (2) (Fidalgo, 2019, p.4)
“El riesgo psicosocial ha afectado fuertemente la salud psicológica de los trabajadores,
desarrollando con el tiempo síndrome de burnout” (3) (INNST, 2022). Actualmente se ha logrado
entender de mejor manera este riesgo relegado a un segundo plano, gracias al gran acceso a la
comunicación tanto visual como escrita de materiales científico de fuentes autorizadas a través
de la internet.
