dc.description	Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been rapidly integrated and evolved within society. Today, all human beings possess a technological device, which has facilitated remote communication, the acquisition of information, and the creation of digital tools that facilitate human activities. From this perspective, the introduction of technology within a community can generate favorable and beneficial transformations and is considered a possible solution to various challenges (Rueda & López, 2007). Technological tools are a fundamental resource for human beings, especially in the field of education. However, this resource is rarely used in educational development. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO, 2024), digital innovation has enriched, supported, and transformed the education system, enabling everyone to have universal access to learning, reinforcing the quality of education within the teaching-learning process, and strengthening inclusion and improving educational management.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La tecnología de la Información y Comunicación (TIC), se ha integrado y ha ido evolucionando dentro de la sociedad de manera rápida; hoy en la actualidad, todos los seres humanos tienen en su poder un aparato tecnológico, lo que ha facilitado la comunicación a distancia, la obtención de información y la creación de herramientas digitales que facilita las actividades del ser humano. Desde esta perspectiva, la introducción de una tecnología dentro de una comunidad puede generar transformaciones favorables y beneficiosas, considerándose como una posible solución para diversos desafíos. (Rueda & López, 2007). Las herramientas tecnológicas, vienen a ser un recurso fundamental para los seres humanos, especialmente, tiende a ser un punto positivo dentro del ámbito de la educación, sin embargo, este recurso es usado escasamente dentro del desarrollo educativo. Según la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura, UNESCO (2024) afirma que la innovación digital a logrado enriquecer, apoyar y cambiar el sistema educativo, así mismo a dado la posibilidad de que todas las personas tengan acceso universal al aprendizaje, reforzando la calidad de educación dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, y fortaleciendo la inclusión y mejora de la gestión educativa.	es_ES
