dc.description	At the global level, UNESCO (2023) indicates that "Technology supports the teaching and learning process in countless modalities and contexts. It could adapt educational praxis to overcome limitations and shortcomings in quality, providing opportunities for action, time, and space. Teaching professionals can personalize study content based on an analysis of the interests and needs of the target group, with the aim of promoting interactive and collaborative learning. At the Latin American level, teaching using technologies has been promoted with policies for educational improvement. "There is a need to make the decision to innovate, to be creative, to innovate, and to transcend education in a transformative way. We need to stop doing the everyday so that what is everyday becomes extraordinary. This would be achieved by diagnosing and determining the potential of each actor in the educational community, as long as educational praxis is respected" (UNESCO, 2023).	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	A nivel mundial la (UNESCO, 2023) indica que “La tecnología respalda el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en un sin número de modalidades y contextos, podría adecuar la praxis educativa para subsanar las limitaciones y precariedades en la calidad, brindando oportunidades de acción, tiempo y espacio, los profesionales de la docencia pueden personalizar los contenidos de estudio desde un análisis de los intereses y necesidades del grupo objetivo, esto con el fin de promover el aprendizaje interactivo y colaborativo. A nivel latinoamericano se ha promovido la enseñanza utilizando las tecnologías con políticas para la mejora educativa “Existe la necesidad de tomar la decisión de innovar, apostar por ser creativos, innovar y superar de una manera transformadora la educación, dejar de hacer lo cotidiano para que esto que sea día a día sea lo extraordinario, esto se lograría diagnosticando y determinando las potencialidades que tiene cada actor de la comunidad educativa, siempre y cuando se respete la praxis educativa” (Unesco, 2023).	es_ES
