| Resumen : | La elaboración del Manual de Procedimientos para el área Contable Financiera del Conagopare Pichincha, constituye un Manual de procedimientos técnicos de operación contable y tiene como finalidad cubrir las necesidades del personal del Área Contable , Financiera y Administrativa que está al servicio de los 53 Gobiernos Parroquiales de la Provincia de Pichincha; ya que necesitan disponer de una guía práctica de la normativa del SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN FINANCIERA . (SAFI) y las Normas de Control Interno de la Contraloría General del Estado (CGE). Este aporte servirá al Personal del área Contable-Financiera del Conagopare Pichincha, en el manejo correcto de la información en el proceso integral de Contabilización y la preparación de los Estados Financieros; de acuerdo a los Principios y Normas Técnicas vigentes. | Descripción : | The development of the Procedures Manual for Financial Accounting Area Conagopare Pichincha, is a manual of technical procedures for accounting operations and aims to solve the needs of Accounting, Finance and Administration Staff. This manual is at the service of the 53 Parochial Governments of Pichincha; because of the necessity of using a practical guide of the rules of Financial Management System (SAFI) and Internal Control Standards of the General Comptroller of the State (CGE). This contribution will help Accounting and Financial Area Staff of Conagopare Pichincha, by handling the information in the most accurate way on the whole process of Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements; according to the current Principles and Standards.
