| Resumen : | La elaboración de la presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de marketing para subir la rentabilidad, con la aplicación de las distintas herramientas administrativas, diagnosticar la problemática que tiene la empresa actualmente, y mediante ellas hallar las estrategias adecuadas para posicionar la marca, entre ellas es elaborar una página web, con un catálogo de las distintas tendencias de moda, realizar publicidad mediante redes sociales, y brindar promociones de temporada, con ellos se ampliaran las estrategias para abrir más sucursales dentro del territorio nacional.
