Descripción : The virtual classroom in MOODLE as a support course for oral English skills was designed with the use of ICT 2.0 and 3.0, in order to provide exclusively communicative learning for each student of the Advanced 1 level of the ISRAEL University School of Languages. In the classroom virtual, through the realization of synchronous and asynchronous activities and various techno-educational strategies, the student has ample opportunities where to practice and refine the oral skills of the English in a collaborative and interactive environment. The English program of the ISRAEL University School of Languages is a program extracurricular that each student in the undergraduate career is required to take. East requirement comes from the Organic Law of Higher Education of Ecuador (LOES, 2010, article 124), which stipulates that each individual to graduate from a degree must have command of a second language. The Academic Regime Regulation (Higher Education Council, 2017, article 31) requires the B2 proficiency, according to the Common European Framework (Council of Europe, 2001) of a foreign language for third-level degree courses. Sufficiency B2 is equivalent to Advanced level 1 in the English program of the ISRAEL University Language School (USIRAEL Language School, 2019). The program offered by the School of Languages is managed completely in line with the Edusoft's English Discoveries platform. It is an interactive platform of ten units per level, covering the four skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking. Also, there are virtual classes weekly one hour per week. In conclusion, this proposed virtual classroom would be a support course to the main platform, specifically to practice and monitor the oral skills of the Advanced 1 students. The virtual classroom would be for Advanced 1 level since it is the last level of the English subject students receive before graduation and therefore there would be more possibility for students to adapt to the support course for the first time at an Advanced level than on a basic level. Regarding oral ability, it is the ability that the students of the School of Languages of the ISRAEL University less dominate and it is the skill that when taking a new language the majority they have a desire to dominate (see diagnostic interview, Table 4). Apart from the requirement of Regulations of the Academic Regime (Higher Education Council, 2017, article 31), is the skill that allows them to communicate with others and function in other countries and media, which can mean a better quality of life, a better job, a promotion and other opportunities. 6 The use of ICT has been addressed in learning English to motivate students and provide more personalized learning for each student. Maza (2020) argued that Students who used the MOOC (Massive Online Course) obtained better grades than those who worked with traditional didactic strategies, demonstrating that a MOOC is more adapted to the learning needs of students. Almachi (2020) developed a classroom virtual to practice English pronunciation using virtual resources. It was found in their conclusions that the virtual classroom promotes the motivation, creativity and collaboration of students. Similarly, Proaño (2020), used multimedia resources for teaching and learning of the oral ability of English, where it was determined that the interest of the students to learn the English increases with the use of multimedia resources. The purpose of this project is to indicate how a virtual classroom through techno-educational strategies can support the learning of oral skills of the English language in Advanced 1 students.
