Resumen
Se observa el rendimiento académico en el tercer año de Bachillerato Técnico figura
profesional Industria de la Confección de la Institución Educativa Fiscal Quito; la misma que
presenta la problemática: falta de motivación e interés de los estudiantes por el aprendizaje
de los módulos técnicos; lo que da inicio a la investigación para recabar información de la
variable: estudiantes; se aplicó el instrumento encuesta; se observa la situación en la que se
encuentra la enseñanza en el Bachillerato Técnico por medio de quienes fueron estudiantes
técnicos. En ese sentido, ésta investigación permitirá incluir las TIC en el aprendizaje de la
producción textil, mediante el análisis de pertinencia de las herramientas tecnológicas que se
usan en la enseñanza para mejorar el rendimiento académico. La educación de este tipo de
bachilleratos demanda estar a la vanguardia de la moda además de la industrialización de la
confección. El término TIC no solo es la incorporación de recursos tecnológicos de las aulas,
sino que implica una transformación cultural en la forma de construir el conocimiento y una
modificación en las estrategias de enseñanza - aprendizaje.

Abstract
Academic performance is observed in the third year of technical baccalaureate professional
figure Clothing Industry of the Fiscal Educational Institution Quito; the same one that
presents the problem: lack of motivation and interest of the students for the learning of the
technical modules; what initiates the investigation to gather information of the variable:
students; the survey instrument was applied; the situation in which the teaching in the
Technical Baccalaureate is observed through those who were technical students. In that sense,
this research will allow the inclusion of TIC in the learning of textile production, through the
analysis of relevance of the technological tools used in teaching to improve academic
performance. The education of this type of baccalaureate demands to be at the forefront of
fashion as well as the industrialization of clothing. The term TIC is not only the incorporation
of technological resources from classrooms, but also implies a cultural transformation in the
way of building knowledge and a modification in teaching-learning strategies.
