Resumen:
El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolló en la Unidad Educativa Bicentenario D7,
Vespertino ubicada en la parroquia Turubamba, de la ciudad de Quito, año escolar 2019-2020;
institución es de régimen fiscal urbano marginal, desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad funciona
en las instalaciones de un colegio municipal. El objetivo de la investigación es diseñar una
estrategia de aprendizaje de Emprendimiento y Gestión para primer año utilizando EVA y
herramientas Web2.0; que contribuirá en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, mediante
la inserción de herramientas dinámicas e innovadoras, que permitirán insertar nuevas
metodologías de aprendizaje y dejar en el pasado las clases tradicionales; con ello hacer uso de
los recursos tecnológicos que tiene la institución y que por falta de proyectos y manejo de las
TIC no están en funcionamiento.
La investigación utilizada fue de enfoque metodológico mixto, porque permitió recopilar,
analizar información cualitativa para luego convertirla en datos cuantitativos, permitiendo
obtener resultados para plantear la alternativa de solución. Con el diseño del entorno virtual los
estudiantes del primer año de bachillerato, tendrán otra forma de aprender, desarrollar
destrezas, solucionar problemas de la vida cotidiana y con ello forjar el espíritu emprendedor
e innovador.

ABSTRACT
The following research was developed in the Unidad Educativa Bicentenario D7, Vespertino,
located in Turubamba, in the city of Quito, 2019-2020 academic year. The institution is
consider as a marginal urban tax regime, from the beginning at the present, it operates in a
municipal school. The objective of this research is to design a learning strategy to
entrepreneurship and Management for the first year by means of EVA and Web2.0 teaching
tools; which will contribute to the students' learning process, through the insertion of dynamic
and innovative tools, which will allow the insertion of new learning methodologies and leave
traditional classes in the past; with this, make use of the technological resources that the
institution will have and that due to lack of projects and ICT management are not in operation.
The research used was of a mixed methodological approach, because it allowed us to collect,
analyze qualitative information and convert into quantitative data, allowing us to obtain results
to propose the alternative solution with the design of the virtual environment. The students of
the first year of education will have another way of learning, developing skills, solving
problems of daily life and thereby forging the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.
