dc.description	Abstract The present work of investigation presents the problem in the Community Educational Unit Intercultural Bilingual "Kitu-Kara" located in Quito-Ecuador, the institution does not have didactic guides that allow to improve the process of teaching learning in planning and financial control using like mediators the TIC in the students of first grade in the high school. The objective was " Elaborated a didactic guide for the improvement in the teaching-learning process with the use of author's tools in the planning and financial control of the students of 1st course of the school year 2019-2020 of the U.E.C.I.B. "Kitu- Kara" of the city of Quito". The methodology implemented was the current constructivism and connectivism. This research was based on a mixed approach, using instruments such as student surveys, document analysis, teacher interviews and the institution's vice-rector. We worked with eXe-Learning, considering it the most suitable since it allows students to access certain activities without the need of having the internet, on the other hand, it is a very interactive platform, which stimulates cognitive activity and improves the teaching-learning process. Finally, the proposal was evaluated by specialists in the field concluding that the proposal is excellent for the use of first year high school students, meeting all the indicators that allow for improved learning in planning and financial control. dc.description.abstract	Resumen El presente trabajo de investigación se evidencia la problemática en la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe “Kitu-Kara” ubicada en Quito- Ecuador, la institución no cuenta con guías didácticas que permiten mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en planificación y control financiero utilizando como mediadoras las TIC en los estudiantes de primero de Bachillerato General Unificado. El objetivo fue “Elaborar una guía didáctica para el mejoramiento en el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje con el uso de herramientas de autor en la planificación y control financiero de los estudiantes de 1ro de Bachillerato General Unificado del año lectivo 2019-2020 de la U.E.C.I.B. “Kitu- Kara” de la ciudad de Quito”. La metodología implementada fue el constructivismo y conectivismo actual. Dicha investigación se fundamentó en un enfoque mixto, utilizando instrumentos como la encuesta a estudiantes, análisis de documentos, entrevista a docentes y al vicerrector de la institución. Se trabajó con eXe-Learning considerando como el más idóneo puesto que permite a los estudiantes acceder a ciertas actividades sin la necesidad que contar con internet, por otro lado, es una plataforma muy interactiva el cual estimula la actividad cognitiva y mejora el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Finalmente, la propuesta fue valorada por especialistas en la materia, concluyendo que la propuesta es excelente para el uso de estudiantes de primero de bachillerato, cumpliendo con todos los indicadores que permite mejorar el aprendizaje en planificación y control financiero.
