dc.description	The quality of life of each human being is based on creating, maintaining and improving their environment day by day labor, this entails the different physical, psychological and social conditions, since a friendly and pleasant environment without a doubt improves the quality of life of each one of the people inside the company and outside of them. (Ramirez, Peña, & Tejada Betancourt, 2020) In Ecuador, occupational health and safety management models have been implemented in public and private companies in accordance with the different regulations established by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, Standards, Andean Community, Conventions, International ILO, Labor code, regulations, Safety and health of workers, Ministerial Agreements. Currently, companies worldwide are developing different systems that allow them to remain active in the market and therefore provide a quality service to the community thanks to globalization with the different technological advances, providing an environment safe labor, and this does not exclude the different Autonomous Governments, since through their departments as mentioned in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in its article 254 municipal governments have exclusive powers such as: carrying out planning related to the development of the canton to formulate plans in accordance with the territorial ordering, articulated with the parochial, provincial, regional and national planning, with the objective main goal of regulating the use of urban and rural land; build, plan and maintain roads urban, infrastructure, physical, health equipment and education; provide the community with public services and essential such as drinking water, sewage, collection of solid waste; elaborate, modify or suppress through ordinances improvement plans for the canton; plan, regulate and control traffic and public transport in the territory; maintain, preserve and disseminate the related with the heritage that can be architectural, natural and cultural of the canton; administer the cadastres real estate both urban and rural; control, authorize and regulate the proper use of riverbeds, riverbanks and beaches of the sea, lagoons and lakes without these harming what is established in the law; control, authorize and regulate the exploitation of dry and stone materials; manage the different fire relief, protection, prevention and extinction services; for compliance of each of these activities, the Autonomous Municipal Government of Catamayo has approximately 263 employees and workers	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La calidad de vida de cada ser humano se basa en crear, mantener y mejorar día a día su ambiente laboral, esto conlleva las diferentes condiciones tanto físicas como psicológicas y sociales, pues un ambiente amigable y agradable sin lugar a duda mejora la calidad de vida de cada una de las personas dentro de la empresa y fuera de ellas. (Ramírez, Peña, & Tejada Betancourt, 2020) En el Ecuador se han indo implementando modelos de gestión de Seguridad y salud ocupacional en empresas públicas y privadas de acuerdo con las diferentes normativas establecidas la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, Normas, Comunitarias Andinas, Convenios, Internacionales de la OIT, Código de trabajo, reglamento, de Seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, Acuerdos Ministeriales. Actualmente las empresas a nivel mundial se encuentran desarrollando diferentes sistemas que les permitan mantenerse activas en el mercado y por ende brindar un servicio de calidad a la colectividad gracias a la globalización con los diferentes avances tecnológicos, brindando un ambiente laboral seguro, y esto no excluye a los diferentes Gobiernos Autónomos, ya que a través de sus departamentos como lo menciona la Constitución de la República del Ecuador en su artículo 254 los gobiernos municipales tienen competencias exclusivas como: realizar la planificación relacionada con el desarrollo del cantón para formular planes acordes con el ordenamiento territorial, articuladamente con la planificación parroquial, provincial, regional y nacional, con el objetivo principal de lograr regular el uso del suelo urbano y rural; construir, planificar y mantener la vialidad urbana, infraestructura, física, equipos de salud y educación; brindar a la comunidad servicios públicos e indispensables como son agua potable, alcantarillado, recolección de desechos sólidos; elaborar, modificar o suprimir a través de ordenanzas planes de mejora para el cantón; planificar, regular y controlar el tránsito y el transporte público en territorio; mantener, preservar y difundir lo relacionado con el patrimonio que puede ser arquitectónico, natural y cultural del cantón; administrar los catastros inmobiliarios tanto de la parte urbana como rural; controlar, autorizar y regular el uso adecuado de lechos de ríos, riberas y playas de mar, lagunas y lagos sin que estas perjudiquen lo establecido en la ley; controlar, autorizar y regular la explotación de materiales áridos y pétreos; gestionar los diferentes servicios de socorro, protección, prevención y extinción de incendios; para el cumplimiento de cada una de estas actividades el Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de Catamayo cuenta con aproximadamente 263 empleados y trabajadores	es_ES
